2Q 2026 performance Venture recorded revenue of S$726.2 million, up 12.5% year- on-year and 15.6% quarter-on-quarter. The results reflect the Group's continued progress following the improvement seen in the previous quarter. On a constant currency basis, 2Q 2026 Group revenue would have rose 15.4% year-on-year. 3 Portfolio B +S$102m YoY • The Test & Measurement Instrumentation, Networking & Communications and Semiconductor Related Equipment technology domains grew, as we captured additional businesses across multiple end markets, including those supporting AI-related infrastructure. Portfolio A -S$21m YoY • On a year-on-year basis, revenue declined due to lower volumes from a key Lifestyle Consumer customer but we continue to work towards the next generation product. • On a sequential quarter basis, Portfolio A revenue rose 7.2% compared to 1Q 2026, mainly driven by growth in Life Science revenue. 1H 2026 performance The first half performance was boosted by a stronger 2Q, reflecting improving business momentum. On a constant currency basis, 1H 2026 Group revenue would have rose 11.9% year-on-year. The Group continues to deliver a resilient net profit margin of 8.8% through strong operational discipline. Balance sheet highlights 6 S$932.6 million 31 Dec 2025: S$830.8 million Working capital position as at 30 Jun 2026 Working capital position rose from December 2025 to June 2026, largely due to higher inventories to support business growth and strengthen supply chain resilience. Net cash position as at 30 Jun 2026 Maintained net cash position exceeding S$1 billion as at 30 June 2026, after payments for dividends, share buybacks and inventories during the year. S$1.11 billion Net asset value as at 30 Jun 2026 S$9.64 per share Net asset value per share remained largely stable at $9.64.

11 Outlook Venture delivered encouraging growth in the first half of 2026. The new shoots that sprouted in the early part of the year have taken root and are beginning to gain strength, reflecting improved momentum across multiple technology domains. Based on customers’ feedback, demand continues to strengthen in our Networking & Communications, Test & Measurement Instrumentation and Semiconductor Related Equipment technology domains. Venture continues to invest in new opportunities across multiple technology domains and build strategic partnerships with customers on technology development to drive long-term growth.
