YAGEO Reports Second-Quarter 2026 Results 2026/07/29 YAGEO Corporation (2327 TW) today announced its second-quarter 2026 results. 2Q26 net consolidated sales totaled NT$ 44.456 billion, up 16.5% q-oup 35.7% y-o-y. Net consolidated profit after tax attributable to the parent company reached NT$ 9.418 billion, representing an increase of 17.7% q-o-q y, with earnings per share of NT$ 4.59. 2Q26 gross profit was NT$ 17.116 billion, up 17.7% q-o-q and up 46.9% y-o-y, gross margin was 38.5%. Due to the ongoing sharp increase in raw mategross profit margin slightly up 0.4 percentage points q-o-q and up 2.9 percentage points y-o-y. Operating income reached NT$ 11.749 billion, up 22.2% qup 66.8% y-o-y, with an operating margin of 26.4%, up 1.2 percentage points q-o-q and up 4.9 percentage points y-o-y. Non-operating items posted a neNT$ 474 million, mainly attributed to net interest income of NT$ 345 million, investment income on Equity-Method of NT$ 202 million and foreign exchanNT$ 132 million. In addition, the company recognized a retained earnings tax of NT 0.22. 1H26 consolidated sales reported NT 17.419 billion, up 65.5% y-o-y, with earnings per share of NTbillion with 25.9% of operating profit margin rate, up 4.7 percentage points y-o-y. Non-operating items posted a net gain of NT 648 million, investment income on Equity-Method of NTmillion. In addition, the company recognized a retained earnings tax of NT 0.22. The growth in net consolidated sales for 1H26 was primarily driven by the continued strong momentum in AI-related applications, and rapid growth in bospecialty products. In response to rising raw material prices, the company continues to mitigate the impact by improving operational efficiency and approreflecting costs. Moving forward, the electronic components industry is undergoing a structural transformation driven by AI demand, and the company wmonitor these developments closely. Despite significant geopolitical uncertainties, customer inventories remain at healthy levels.
