z 5I TXC Proprietary and Confidential. © 2026 TXC Corporation All Right Reserved From Bandwidth Growth to Time Value Expansion Scale-up GPU-to-GPU (NVLink / UALink) Scale-out Rack-to-rack (AOC/AEC) Storage (Memory Pulling) CPU+DPU + network High Speed Interconnects Optics / SerDes / PCIe / CXL AI Infrastructure performance is increasingly constrained by data movement, synchronization, and clock-domain complexity What's Changing What Timing Must Deliver How Timing Value Re-rates Optical steps to 1.6T and 3.2T PAM4 sustained to 448G; PAM6 and PAM8 under evaluation on electrical lanes. Protocols coexist in one system NVLink, UALink, CXL, PCIe Gen 6/7 and Ethernet run side by side. Clock domains multiply GPU, CPU, DPU, NIC, switch and optics each carry their own timing. Higher reference frequencies Reference clocks move up the frequency range as baud rates rise. Sub-30 fs becomes the entry point Phase jitter shifts from a differentiator to a basic requirement. Sync across more clock domains Stability must hold as the number of clock domains keeps growing. The reference devices for these positions. Timing Value (ASP) increase Per Rack New Timing Content Added for IEEE 1588 Same socket. Higher specification. Different Value Scale. ASP: +50% Synchronized Oscillator Added Differential XO / Precise TCXO

6I TXC Proprietary and Confidential. © 2026 TXC Corporation All Right Reserved 6G RAN : Timing Value Beyond Base-Station Volume Cloudification, disaggregation and NTN create more clock domains and synchronization risks. Radio RF coherence Transport PTP / SyncE Compute Edge AI-RAN Space GNSS / NTN Timing value grows as 6G expands across more network domains What's Changing What Timing Must Deliver How Timing Value Re-rates The network disaggregates RAN splits across DU and CU on general-purpose compute, each carrying its own timing. Reference frequencies move up 10 MHz to 100 MHz and 491.52 MHz for cleaner RF coherence at FR3 and THz sensing. Timing extends into space GNSS and NTN pull non-terrestrial links into the terrestrial sync chain. Sub-5 ppb class stability Precision has to hold across disaggregated and non-terrestrial timing domains. Holdover without GNSS 4 to 12 hours at 1.5 microsecond TAE when the satellite reference is unavailable. Network-managed and trimmable Remote trim and software control, built for Edge AI-RAN automation. OCXO / Precise TCXO The reference devices as sync moves up a grade. Integrated Compute Clock domains per site Advanced OCXO-grade ASP Increase Same site count. More clock domains. Higher-grade timing. 6G ISAC Edge AI RAN Computing (Integrated Sensing and Communication)
