Can you believe it. We've made it. Welcome to Evolve 2021. While I'm sure we all look forward to being together in Arizona and having this little thing called a pandemic in our rear view, we are absolutely thrilled to be able to spend some time with you over the next three days. We've designed the time to make it interactive and ensure that we keep you engaged throughout our time together. For those of you that were able to attend last year's event, you may remember me. I'm Matt Eurey, and I lead our large market business for Accolade. I've been on that heck of a four and a half year journey with Accolade since moving over from being one of Accolades first customers. Working with you, our most innovative customers in the marketplace, is a significant part of my role. I'm hopeful that your strategic wheels are turning and will begin to spin as we go through this action-packed agenda. It's really exciting to think about, we've got a bigger and broader audience this year to welcome into our Accolade family. We've got our 2nd.MD customer base, we've got our friends from PlushCare, and we've got strategic partners from our ecosystem and supply chain of benefits. We look forward to hearing your voice as we navigate our time together. Are you a first time EVOLVer? We've designed this time for you to be with you, and it's about building and growing our community for our customers. You're going to get the opportunity to hear from industry experts, from partners, from each other, and it's all designed to ensure that we learn from one another. If you're back again, you've got this Evolve thing nailed. It's all about taking care of you, giving you an opportunity to recharge, to relax, and to refocus. For the next few days when we're together, maybe put that COVID response work on the back burner. Let's pause a bit and let's dig in together. Before we jump into content, we felt that in a virtual event, two guides would be better than one. As many of you know, and as all of you can hear, I'm a Tar Heel, a native North Carolinian sitting in Lincolnton, North Carolina, and I needed a trusty sidekick to help us to navigate our time together. Who better than a fellow Tar Heel, who somehow has lost this awful Southern twang that I always put forward, but nevertheless, understands me and always helps to keep me on track, which is no small endeavor. One of my dearest friends and colleagues, Beverly Gibson, who leads many efforts for Accolade, including the hiring, training, and ongoing development of our frontline care teams, and also leads efforts when we get the opportunity to bring new solutions to life for our customers and new prospects. She's already terrified, guys, that I've gone over time, but Beverly, let our customer base and our partners know what to expect throughout the balance of our time together today. Beverly, take it away. Thanks so much, Matt. It's interesting. You guys are going to get to know me, for those of you who haven't been in sales opportunities with me over the next few days. For those of you who do know me, you know that the word sidekick, I thought Matt was my sidekick for this. I need to go back and look at that script and make sure, see where he changed it. I am thrilled to be doing this with Matt. We've had a lot of fun over the last four and a half years, and I can't think of anybody better to shepherd over the next three days than Matt Eurey. It's going to be fun. We have a great lineup of speakers, content, and breaks. These breaks are designed to give back to you. If you look at the right-hand side navigation, you can see the detailed agenda by day. There are great speakers and great content. Today in particular, we're going to talk about some big announcements. We've got Raj on the agenda. We've got Mike Hilton on the agenda. We have a great customer panel that's hosted by Donovan Campbell. If that's not enough, if it's not enough, I think it's already a lot, we're actually going to wrap up the day with a sit down with Andre Agassi. Today is going to be action-packed and fun. To put together this kind of agenda over the next three days not only takes a lot of Accoladians. It takes feedback from all of you, our customers. We also have some great sponsors. The sponsors that have been on this journey with us. We've got Carrot, Rx Savings, Virta, Sword, and Ginger. For those of you that don't know what each of those partners does, I thought I should give you just a little blurb so that you're prepared for what you're going to hear from them. Carrot is on a mission to make fertility and family forming care accessible and affordable to all, regardless of age, race, sexual orientation, gender identity, or geography. They've made family forming care accessible to hundreds of thousands of people around the world so far. A very noble effort. Rx Savings is equal parts software, member engagement strategy, and concierge level member support. I'm a caretaker of my 84-year-old mom, and she has medications, and I can tell you that this service is amazing. They simplify the pharmacy benefit, and they make prescription drugs more affordable for employers, health plans, and their members. Virta, they're changing the world around chronic disease. They're really reversing Type 2 diabetes. It's a goal that they set out. Their peer-reviewed results show that they're having an impact. They are proving that chronic diabetes is reversible. Sword, for any of you who have ever had a backache, an MSK issue. I know that as benefits leaders, you hear it oftentimes from your population about back pain. Sword has clinically validated programs that work for all major MSK issues at any point in the journey. Prevention, avoiding surgery, surgical recovery. They've helped thousands of people overcome pain and recover from surgery and get their lives back. Finally, I think all of us are laser focused as we're navigating these pandemic waters on mental health. Mental health of our employees, of our family members. How do you do this? How do you succeed? There has been such a stigma around mental health historically. Well, Ginger is focused on creating a world where mental health is never an obstacle. They're reinventing mental healthcare by coupling data science and virtual delivery to provide immediate personal support for anyone. It's a great slate of sponsors for us to have. As you know, Accolade is focused on helping everyone live their healthiest life, and these sponsors have that same sort of mission that they're focused on. Now, before I turn it back over to Matt, I get to do the fun thing of one little housekeeping item that I have to bring up. One of the great things about these next three days is that we're going to share a lot of info about offerings, about our partners, about our roadmap and other things that we have planned. Emphasis on the word planned. The lawyers want to make sure that you know what planned means. If you have any questions, please reach out to your account rep. We couldn't be more thrilled that you're spending this day with us, or these few hours of this day with us, and that you're going to take this journey over the next couple of days. As much as I hate to give away a mic, and you guys know I do if you've been on a sales call with me, I get to turn it back over to Matt now for us to get launched into the next day. You guys buckle up. It's going to be fun. Thanks, Beverly. I'm pretty confident that the customer base would love to just hear me and you go on for the next 10 or 15 minutes, but I don't think that's what the agenda is set up to do. For the record, I think of you as either Superman or Wonder Woman. Sidekick may have been the wrong word. Guys, we love being joined by you today. Before we kick off, we wanted to make sure that we had a few words of wisdom from industry and HR leaders that you may know. They include Pat Wadors, Jeff Brodsky, and Dr. Ben Miller. From there, you'll get to hear from the one and only Raj Singh, our CEO. We look forward to the time together, guys, and we look forward to learning and rolling up our sleeves as a community. With that, let the fun begin. Enjoy. The world is changing, and your team is changing along with it. It's no longer enough for a job to just be a paycheck for your people, because your team is made up of individuals who are so much more than just your employees. They are partners, caregivers, activists. Your people bring every aspect of who they are to their work, and they expect their employers to understand and embrace what makes them. They expect a workplace and an employee experience that sees them for who they are, that hears their voices, understands their unique perspectives, and reflects their values. That goes above and beyond in showing they value their teams by providing remote work options, support for families, and a benefits experience that cares for them at every level, physically, mentally, and emotionally. That's why you work to provide your people with the best benefits and the best care for them and their families. That care is being delivered to them by a system that doesn't work. You know it. Your people know it. Even healthcare providers know it. The healthcare experience in the U.S. is broken, and it's breaking your employees' experience at the same time. Fixing that requires deeper engagement with your people. It demands that companies meet people where they are, listen to them, and act on what they hear to build an employee experience based around human connection with them at the center. Today, we're talking about the great migration or the Great Resignation of talent. People are choosing which door to walk out and which door to walk into in terms of your employer. There's real data that shows that employers that have an amazing benefit and healthcare plan tend to win. The reality is, when people are in a healthcare crisis, if an employer can step in and help navigate it creates a bond between employee and employer that's hard to replicate. I think to the extent that employers can help provide framework, tools, access, technology, and care, it creates a relationship between employee and employer that's a really valuable one. Whether it's physical support, tele-visits, mental health support, they need partners they can trust to work with their employees. COVID has reminded us that if we don't pay attention to our minds, our bodies will suffer, too. Mental health is so foundational to our health that when we tease it apart from our physical health, it leads to inferior care that costs more. If you don't have context, and you don't understand where a person's coming from, it's really hard to treat them. It's really hard to understand what you might be able to do as a clinician to help. There's difficulty sometimes navigating where to get help. How do I have that conversation with my manager? How do I explain to my manager that I am having anxiety getting on the subway? Because they don't know where to turn, they're turning to their HR departments. For HR professionals, their clients are the employees at the firm. If they're going to be able to help our employees, then they have to be at their best. Making sure that I have a platform that embraces everyone and their unique challenges when they need them, that's huge. When you don't have that, it makes getting healthy, mental health, physical health, 10 times harder than it needs to be. Therefore, things that could have been treated simply in the beginning become more chronic and more devastating, not only to you, but to your family and the work that you do and the things you care about. If you want to truly engage your employees, you need to see and to celebrate every aspect of who they are. If you want to improve your healthcare experience, you need a solution that doesn't just help employees navigate a broken healthcare system. You need one that makes that system work for your people. That's what we're building at Accolade. Hi, everyone. Welcome to Evolve 2021. We're incredibly excited that you can be here with us. While the Delta variant did keep us apart physically, we promise we're going to make these next three days so exciting. We've got special gifts heading to your home, and what could be wrong with that? We've got remarkable sessions where your colleagues are going to be presenting about the future of healthcare and benefits. We have special keynote addresses from people like world champion Andre Agassi, one of the greatest tennis players of all time, or Futurist Jacob Morgan, or Dr. Nwando Olayiwola, who's the Chief Health Equity Officer at Humana. In between, we're going to be talking about healthcare and benefits universe that is changing at lightning speed. We're honored to be your partner on this journey. We believe our role as your partner is to see around the corner to help you and your people and their families get to the best possible healthcare in the world. We know in 2021, that isn't easy to do on your own. Each wave of the pandemic has seemingly identified a new place where our healthcare system needs fundamental reinventing or, at a minimum, rethinking. Instead of sitting on the sidelines waiting for the change, all of us at Accolade have always believed that it's our role to be a leader in that change with you. Already in 2021, we've brought on new offerings via acquisition in virtual primary care and mental health and expert medical opinion. Today, we're going to be announcing a fully integrated value-based offering that leverages all of our capabilities and those of some amazing partners as well. In so doing, we're going to be creating a brand-new category in healthcare, one that promises to reshape how companies purchase and even think about healthcare moving forward. We're pretty excited about these three days. We've been counting down the days, in fact, because it represents a new promise that we can make to you and your people, and a new promise that you can make to the families that you serve. We should slow down because I'm getting a little ahead of myself. I can't spill all of the news in the first five minutes of my presentation. I need to slow down a bit, and you know what. It's smart to slow down a minute because we should stop and take stock of the brand new world that we live in. Most of our businesses today have been working from home for the last 18 months. Some of you are likely contemplating a permanent work-from-home model, no offices, and more than 90% of you are currently in the process of implementing a hybrid model of some kind, just like we are at Accolade. The debate over requiring vaccinations to return to the office or not is over for companies with more than 100 employees. President Biden put forth a mandate that I'm sure you're working to implement, just as we are. As if that weren't enough, everyone is talking about the Great Resignation that's happening across America. More than 3.6 million people resigned from their jobs in May. According to a recent Fortune article, 65% of Americans are actively job searching or watching for opportunities. That is sobering. According to a recent Gallup survey, for a 10,000-person company, actively disengaged employees will cost that company more than $60 million a year. In the meantime, our businesses, all of us, are battling the greatest labor shortage in nearly 80 years, as it appears that a segment of the workforce is withdrawing from work entirely or finding new, non-traditional ways to make a living. To boot, the entire healthcare ecosystem in the United States has been tilted on its head and scrambled like an egg for the last 18 months. Look, that's about a lot more than just COVID. A chronic shortage of nurses and primary care physicians plague many of the most vulnerable populations in the country. The explosion of the mental health crisis in this country is a challenge in every city, big or small, with a pronounced shortage of licensed therapists available. Employee engagement is the mission-critical priority for every company on the planet today. It's important to note that the balance of power is shifting underneath our very feet. The social contract between employees and employers is changing, and all of us need to adjust. It is unbelievable how much the world has changed since March 2020. If your job is taking care of your people and ensuring that they can show up to work energized and engaged, then the work is much harder today than it was in early 2020. Your job as an HR professional is critically important today. Here's the good news. Most of you chose this career to have an impact during moments like these. All of us at Accolade are so glad you made that choice, because in moments like these, we know together that we can make a difference, that we can respond with an answer that can create deeper engagement for your employees. That demonstrates the commitment that you have to them, their lives, and their families at the same time. We have an opportunity to do something special. The time to respond is now. Together, you and us, we're in a unique position to respond. Here's even more good news. You've already demonstrated your courage, your willingness to step off the beaten path to do the right thing for your people. When you partnered with Accolade, when you invested in advocacy or selected an expert medical opinion offering, you made a bold statement right then and there that the status quo wasn't good enough for your people. You had to do better. As for us, well, we've always been fairly comfortable being different. Fundamentally, we believe a different set of things than the rest of the universe, and we're cool with that. We've written down the ten core tenets of our beliefs in a document that we train every new hire on, that we make central to our hiring and promotion decisions, and that it's at the heart of what we do. We'll publish those beliefs on our website because we believe something really critical. Businesses have to believe in something beyond making a profit. Central to those core beliefs are a couple of core ideas that I want to talk to you about, but let's ground ourselves in Accolade first. Let's ground ourselves in the fundamental principle that's always been us. We do the right thing for the people we serve every time, and that grounding sets the table for everything that comes next. From there, we believe that, one, healthcare is a human experience. When one of your people wants to see a primary care physician, they want one that'll stay with them forever, not an urgent care doc doubling as a PCP. That if someone on your team is diagnosed with cancer and needs a second opinion, they don't want a written consult sent to them weeks from now. They want to look eye to eye with a specialist in days, not weeks, who can give them peace and comfort. That when your employees have a question about that $1,500 medical bill that might bankrupt their family, they don't believe that a bot trying to guess what they need is the best idea. We don't either. Humanity is at the center of everything we do. If you want to engage with your employees and their families, engage with them with humanity when they need it the most. Second, it's time to stop rewarding a system that does not work. Value-based care should replace fee-for-service healthcare in the United States. We're here to enable that for the customers we serve. We do not aspire to make money propagating the current broken healthcare system. We've got a bold ambition, a very bold ambition. We want to fix the system and build a business by doing so, one that we can be proud of and one that you'll be proud of. Value-based care starts with accountability and transparency. Those are principles we can get behind. Let's create a system that measures employee satisfaction and engagement at its core. It starts there. Let's warrant the value we're delivering around clinical outcomes and cost savings. Let's not leave out the care team and their satisfaction, because their satisfaction is the only way to sustainably solve this problem. At Accolade, we've always believed in those core principles. It's what has always made us different, and it's our contrarian viewpoint, that difference with the world, that makes us perfectly suited to invent a better future. You know about this problem. You feel it every single day. Today's healthcare systems aren't built to treat your people as human beings with three-dimensional lives. We don't have to tell you about that. You get all those tearful phone calls. You get all the pain from your people navigating a system that doesn't work. In the era of the Great Resignation, we know we have to do better for our people, or the repercussions will be significant. Business as usual is simply not good enough anymore. Solving the problem isn't simple. Trotting out more of the usual answers, definitely not going to get us there. In a more divided world where people are disappearing behind their screens, we need new techniques for engaging. Good news, though, your people actually want to engage. They're reaching out in brand new ways. They want to connect. In 2021, more so than ever before, your employees want to be seen. They want to be heard. They want to be understood for who they are. They expect that their views on diversity, equity, and inclusion, on social justice, on race, or on corporate social responsibility, they expect that those views are heard and understood. That's where they want to engage. We have to meet them there. They want to participate in policymaking. The topics that matter are just as critical as the moments that matter to them. They want to be seen for the entirety of their beliefs and not just the expertise they bring to their jobs. When they're trying to have a baby or thinking about moving their parents into an assisted living facility or relocating to a new home in a new city where they have no friends or healthcare support, by the way. Their families and communities are an equally important part of the equation. Almost every solution on the market today ignores those moments and just leaves them behind. No data set will fully identify them. No utilization management process will intercept them. Solutions that point you to a portal or a bot masquerading as a clinician or a physician who knows nothing about you and who will never see you again, that's not what people are asking for. Solutions that focus on episode of care, treatments, decision or diseases, those are valuable. Without identifying these moments, these moments that matter, and being there for your people in those moments, those solutions go unused. Look, if we want to build healthcare and benefit solutions that work for your people to truly increase our engagement with those people, we have to reinstill humanity in the experience in the moments that matter. All of you are being asked to play a brand new role with your employees and with their families. If we want to drive employee engagement, we have to take care of what they think is important, things like mental health, their families, their communities. After all, we've always known that overall health includes all of those things. It's time to make a new promise to our people. Let's help them live their healthiest life in the truest sense of the phrase. We've always known this. This is the healthcare promise we need to make to our people. When we start delivering on it, everything is going to change for the better. It changes today. It's called Personalized Healthcare. Personalized Healthcare, a new category to define a new way of delivering healthcare. We are obviously pretty excited about Personalized Healthcare. Over the next three days, we're going to tell you why we're so excited because we know Personalized Healthcare is the right model for the future. We know how we're going to do it, and it's going to require a partnership between you and I, between us and our two companies. First, let's set a baseline so we see where we currently are and where we're heading. Here's something we all know for a fact. We can have 100% agreement on this bullet. The current system doesn't work. It's broken for all the reasons that are described on that slide and about 100 more. When your people can't easily navigate their care, they can't get to a provider, or they can't understand or afford their treatment, the experience is broken, plain and simple. What if it doesn't have to be that way? What if the Personalized Healthcare experience made it look like this instead? The healthcare we need. It's holistic, it's human-centered, it's inclusive, it's data-driven and personalized, and it's value-based. That is exactly what Personalized Healthcare is. Personal. Let's start there. We hold the view fundamental to everything we do that a personal relationship, a long-lasting relationship matters. It's what we've always done, and now we're extending it to healthcare delivery. Accolade's frontline care teams, physicians, licensed mental health professionals, and specialists build deep human relationships and make healthcare work for your people. Data-driven. Our open technology platform is built on a data set that breaks down every silo of healthcare and then uses that data to make healthcare personalized for each individual in your population. We use the latest machine learning and artificial intelligence to guide your people to the best possible next decision with the aim of augmenting your people, their doctors, and care teams, not replacing them. Value-based. Isn't it time that we can measure healthcare and what we're getting for our money? It's time to replace fee-for-service healthcare with value-based care. It's time. It's time that we measure quality, outcomes, and satisfaction like we do in every other industry and everything else that we purchase. That is our commitment to you. This is the new world of Personalized Healthcare, a category that Accolade invented. It's only fitting that we're the first to announce two new solutions to the marketplace that will define Personalized Healthcare. Accolade One, a value-based solution that blends world-class primary care and mental health with all of the capabilities you know us for, powerful care teams, expert medical opinion, and clinical programs and partners that manage the costliest chronic conditions. Accolade Care, the first solution to seamlessly blend primary care and mental health into a collaborative care model that will change how your people experience healthcare with licensed mental health therapists embedded in every care team. Healthcare is finally going to tailor to the needs of the people being served. Better healthcare for your people, leading to more engaged and satisfied employees. This is why we do what we do. Let's break this down by personalized, data-driven, and value-based. We'll start with personal. Accolade One and Accolade Care are powered by human relationships. To increase engagement, we have to engage with humanity. It just makes sense. Both solutions are powered by top primary care physicians from the top 50 medical schools in the country that stay with you forever throughout your healthcare journey. They'll engage via video or via messaging available on a 24 by seven basis to take care of your people and their families. Those primary care physicians are supported by care teams that are supercharged. Care team members that understand your benefits and engage with you live via messaging and video or over the phone. Care teams who can run down that confusing claim or help you understand if that benefit is covered. Here's something that no one else in the industry is doing. Every single Accolade care team for Accolade Care and Accolade One includes a licensed mental health therapist available because we understand that true health means wellness of both the mind and the body. This is such a powerful point that I'm going to stop and drill in here for a second. In a world where the lack of access to primary care and mental health clinicians is reaching near crisis levels in urban centers and rural areas, inequity in healthcare is a challenge for nearly every business and every community. By creating virtual access to a diverse group of high-quality primary care physicians and licensed mental health professionals in a single collaborative care team, Accolade is directly helping you address the profound challenge of health equity. Look, with Accolade One, it doesn't even stop there. Your care teams have access to 900-plus of the top specialists in the country who can perform live video consults with your people or with their physicians when they need it the most, with expert medical consults within three to four days, as well as through our partners' digital physical therapists and diabetes coaches and physicians. Every one of your people supported in their physical, mental, and family health by the benefits and healthcare you deliver for them. That's our promise, and it's how you get to keep your promise. This is how we deliver employee engagement. Once we've re-engaged or engaged your people with humanity, it's time for our state-of-the-art technology to kick into high gear. Over the last five years, we've spent more than $100 million building the first Personalized Healthcare platform, one that can personalize every single experience. Built on a data set that I already talked about, breaks down every silo in healthcare, from claims data to prescription drugs to electronic medical records to clinical programs, you name it. We've gathered the data. Let's start with the simple things that that data can create that no existing solution can deliver today. For the first time ever, the primary care physician will know every condition that their patients are facing, every medication that they're on, and every other doctor that they're seeing. When you break down silos, you can empower physicians to do the work they've been dying to do forever. Importantly, those very same primary care physicians will now know about every one of your benefits programs. With the click of a button, they can help your people engage with those programs. Finally, the experts most capable of getting your people to your benefits programs have the tools to make it happen right there when they're delivering care. Then it gets even better. Those very same primary care physicians can now use data instead of hearsay to guide your people to the best specialty care. Using the rich insights from our 14 billion claims and our intelligent provider matching capability, they can find the best specialists using our algorithms that search on cost, quality, and appropriateness. Beyond that, they'll also have data on formulary to prescribe the medications that your people will not only need, but best be able to afford. We'll improve outcomes by using data to drive our decisions. Healthcare finally is about to get very measurable. That doesn't stop with our primary care physicians. Our care teams are powered by the same silo-breaking data sets. We use it to present them with recommendations that guide their next best action. Wait till you see the demo a little bit later on today. Here's something that you're going to love. Our commitment to addressing inequity in healthcare means that all of our data and artificial intelligence systems are explicitly designed to minimize bias. For too long, healthcare has been transactional and impersonal. All of us have been bumped along like cogs on an assembly line. It doesn't have to be that way anymore. It shouldn't be that way anymore. Technology should solve that problem. Not by throwing bots at us to make us feel unimportant like some would propose, but instead by using data and machine learning to help our care teams deliver real, personalized care. Every one of us can be treated like the unique individual we are. When that is true, your people, all of us, will feel truly seen. That is what Personalized Healthcare for us is all about. When your people feel seen and understood by the healthcare you deliver for them, when that healthcare solution directly addresses the inequities so prevalent in our system and gives them a better solution than they've ever had before, you'll have an engaged employee and a family around that employee that loves the benefits program their employer provides for them. When it comes to value-based, it's important we understand what value-based really means. You can drive incredible employee engagement while improving clinical outcomes and lowering costs. It can be done. When we engage our people, we can change everything. Of course, because it's Accolade, we're willing to guarantee that. We come from a long history of putting our money where our mouth is. We've been putting our fees at risk since our business first started serving customers in 2009. Let's be frank, talk of ROI in this industry can be a little bit shallow. Some people like to measure it on episodes of care. Others base it on an implied value. In those models, somehow everyone's driving savings for you, but your overall healthcare costs keep going up. Enough with the funny math. With Accolade One, we make it incredibly simple. First, how about we start with what matters? Clinical quality measures that ensure your people are getting healthier. That's what matters. That's where we start. Second, engagement measures that have always, if you know Accolade, have always outpaced the industry. Importantly, we intend to measure and report our engagement and outcomes by race and ethnicity to constantly address the inequities in healthcare that plague our current system. We can do it, and we can do it right. Third, NPS scores that consistently, since we started serving customers, have outpaced the traditional healthcare system by orders of magnitude. Finally, lower costs on your entire healthcare trend line. In turn, we're going to bring you incredible tools to ensure your success. To really make this healthcare experience work for you and your people, we're going to bring some partners along. Companies like Virta, Sword, and Rx Savings Solutions that believe in what we believe in. These partners who specialize in metabolic syndrome, musculoskeletal therapy, and prescription drug cost management, are mission-aligned with what we believe in, and they just so happen to be the best in the world at what they do. We are right now assembling an all-star team, and you'll hear from each of them during the course of this event. Participation from partners like Sami, Virgilio, and Mike, the CEOs of these companies, is a powerful validation of our vision and of their commitment to your company and your employees. There is a movement starting, and hopefully, you can feel it, and we're going to need your help too. No true movement happens without participation from leaders across the industry. That means us, that means the partners I just talked about, but most importantly, it means you and your people. You want to know what's next? After 12 years of serving customers, we've assembled the capabilities and the people aligned to our vision of helping every person live their healthiest life. I've never been more excited about our team, and you're going to get a sense of them over the course of the next few days, by the way. Some new faces and some you've met before, all that'll be really happy to see you. All of them are aligned around the goal of integrating our capabilities into a singularly powerful, Personalized Healthcare platform. We can't wait to show you what we're working on. Look, healthcare is incredibly complicated. How many times have you heard that tired phrase trotted out over and over again? In the end, doing the right thing for people can be incredibly simple when you have the right tools. When you have the right tools, it's easy to show how simple it can be as well. You're going to see that over the course of the next few days. Nearly every session will be powered by real demonstrations of our capabilities. You've told us in the past, and other people have said this as well, that sometimes everyone in the industry sounds the same. We agree. Sometimes everyone does sound the same. We certainly know that when you really dig in, everyone looks vastly different. We're going to show you rather than tell you. In the hype cycle that is healthcare tech right now, what could be more different than that? The future is now. Personalized Healthcare, personal, data-driven, value-based, Accolade One and Accolade Care. It's time to bring it home from our kickoff. If you can't tell, I bet you can, I'm excited about the future. Look, your employees and their families need you. As always, we're going to step into that breach with you and be there for them to deliver on the promise of every person living their healthiest life, for their physical health, for their mental health, and for all the moments that matter in their life. We've invented a brand-new category, Personalized Healthcare, to deliver on that promise. It's time we put the past behind us, and we embrace the future. It's time that every element of healthcare is personal and human, data-driven and measurable, and value-based. Look, together we have an opportunity, you and us, along with our trusted suppliers, our partners, to change the way healthcare works in this country and engage your people and their families in a way that's never been done before. How powerful is that statement. Much is possible today. Today, we introduced not only a new category, but actually two brand new solutions with incredible capabilities, Accolade One and Accolade Care. You're going to see demos of both of those solutions coming up. Obviously, we're excited about those solutions, we're more excited because it means we can do more for you. It means your employees and their families can have better lives. These solutions are built on the core of what we've always been great at, capabilities that power the solutions you already work with us on. Beyond that, these incredibly powerful new solutions are driven by our desire to help you and your people live their healthiest life by fostering meaningful engagement with healthcare. Coming up next is Umair Khan. Umair is our Senior Vice President of Solutions Management and Marketing. Many of you already know Umair. He's going to come up and wow you and make you forget all about me. He's going to lead you through a discussion of the incredible capabilities that power Accolade One and Accolade Care. Stay tuned for Umair, but I got a few things to talk to you about before we get there. Umair is also going to tell you about how our new solutions fit in with our existing solutions. Like I said, we'll keep Umair in the wings for a minute, and let me try to bring it home for this opening session. Let's start with this before we go anywhere about summarizing the opening session. Thank you for being here. Your commitment of this time, your commitment to our relationship means the world to us. Our opportunity to partner with you and change the way healthcare works is what we live for. It's why we do this job. Thank you for being here. Hang with us for this few days because it's going to be powerful. When you leave here, you're going to be energized by the opportunity of the future. Now, I guess I should wrap up. In wrapping up, let's start with this, something you already know, something that's super obvious, but that I started this presentation with. The world is changing fast right now. I guess you already knew that, didn't you? The corollary to that is our relationship with our employees and their families requires more attention than ever before. Employee engagement is now not just a hobby, it's the number one challenge facing businesses in the country, and that engagement has to contemplate the challenges we face in this pandemic-impacted world. I know we're tired of talking about it, but it's real. Access to primary care, access to mental health care, addressing healthcare inequities, and access to the personalized set of benefits programs that you've worked so hard to put on their doorstep. We wake up every morning at Accolade obsessing about solving that problem for you and your people. The window exists right now for us to solve this problem, to take to your CHRO, your CFO, and your CEO solutions that directly address the number one priority on their task list. You and Accolade, we've got a history of together courageously attacking some really hard problems that other people didn't think we could solve and coming up on the other side with a win. We've been presented with the opportunity right now, perhaps the pandemic has been the driver of it. Right now, the opportunity to change the world again. I said it before, I'm going to say it again before I say goodbye. I'm thrilled you're here. I'm thrilled we have a relationship. I'm thrilled that we have an opportunity to work together. Over the next three days, here's what I ask of you. Ask your questions. We're going to respond to every one of them. When this conference is over, we're going to have an ask for you. We're going to ask you to partner with us, to go arm in arm to change the world. Thank you for being here. Now I'd like to introduce you to Umair Khan. Thank you, Raj, and good morning, everyone. It's wonderful to have you with us. I'd like to spend a few minutes walking you through the incredible capabilities that we're building that power Accolade One and Accolade Care. These capabilities are critical in delivering Personalized Healthcare. First up is our 24/7 care team. This is a team of primary care doctors from the top 50 U.S. medical schools in the country, licensed behavioral health therapists, nurses, pharmacists, and benefits experts on call when your people need them. They provide a single point of contact for all things healthcare. From speaking quickly and conveniently to a caring physician, to finding a highly rated specialist in your neighborhood, to getting a prescription faster, and to working through tricky insurance claims. Our care team handles it all, and they handle it all throughout every step of the healthcare journey, forever. As your people engage our 24/7 care team, they have a uniquely human experience. This is because our care team is deeply trained in our Care EQ model. The Care EQ model harnesses the power of data, clinical assessment, and empathic listening to build an experience that creates trust. This trust-based experience is grounded in the principles of behavioral science, making it possible for our care team to understand the context of the member's situation, thoughtfully discuss all the options, and influence them to the right care. A critical component of the Care EQ model is to form a real patient-doctor relationship. Our physicians focus on you and not an electronic medical record that distracts their attention. They ask meaningful questions, listen carefully, and build a care plan that's personal. Our outstanding care team can get personal so effectively because their work is powered by a healthcare artificial intelligence engine that includes proprietary data on member engagement, which only Accolade has access to. It's called the True Health Engine. It's what powers our people and makes their connections with your team meaningful. While it works entirely behind the scenes, collecting data from dozens of sources, your people will notice an immediate impact on their healthcare. The True Health Engine identifies every place something could go wrong in the patient's healthcare journey and then makes thousands of tiny adjustments to keep them on the right path. That's the next critical element, the True Health Action Plan. By weaving together things such as medical history, assessment scores, care team interactions, and doctor visits, we create a step-by-step True Health Action Plan for our members. We make sure our members stay healthy by tailoring the plan just for them, from preventive care to chronic condition care. We know what doctor the member should see next. We know which doctors have the best experience for their needs, and we know what treatment plan to consider next. When we put all of this together, a care team that your members trust, a care plan that's personal and appropriate, and a model that can allow your members to efficiently make healthcare decisions, a completely new healthcare experience is created. That's Personalized Healthcare, and it gets better. You don't have to take our word for it, because we make this all visible to your team via our True Health Dashboard. The True Health Dashboard gives benefits leaders a single pane of glass for tracking population health, engagement, cost, and results. It's all based on data that delivers actionable insights that help you improve and optimize programs to drive business outcomes like employee satisfaction and cost savings. That's a quick look underneath the hood at the capabilities powering Personalized Healthcare. Now, I'd like to tell you about the set of solutions we offer that allow you to deploy Personalized Healthcare to your population. First is Accolade Care, a virtual primary care and mental health solution. We have Accolade Expert MD, a personalized expert medical opinion consult service that delivers expert medical opinion consults via video from top specialists in three to five days. We have Accolade Advocacy, a suite of advocacy solutions that form the front door to anything related to healthcare and benefits. Lastly, we have Accolade One, wh ich takes all of our capabilities and delivers them via value-based payment design for maximum cost savings for your population. With that, I'd like to turn it over to Mike Hilton, our Chief Innovation Officer, to show you exactly how we bring Personalized Healthcare to life. Mike? Thank you, Umair, and hello, everyone. It's an absolute pleasure to be with all of you today. Well, you've heard a lot already from Raj and Umair. We've introduced a new category, Personalized Healthcare. We've also introduced you to our two newest solutions, Accolade Care and Accolade One. You heard Umair talk about some new and exciting capabilities, 24/7 care teams, Care EQ, and our True Health Engine, True Health Action Plans, and the True Health Dashboard. With Personalized Healthcare, we're truly bringing together the best of advocacy, primary care, and expert medical consults into one seamless, integrated experience. What does all this mean for you? Well, at Accolade, rather than just talk about things, we love to show you, and we're going to do just that right now and throughout this conference. We're going to show you what Personalized Healthcare actually looks like by following a family through their healthcare journey. Over the course of their journey, you'll not only see Personalized Healthcare come to life, you'll see how it transforms your conventional view of what a healthcare experience can be. You are about to meet Katherine, a single working mom, and her two children, Jasmine and Jordan, a family with a set of healthcare challenges that we can all relate to. You'll see how Accolade, with a completely new Personalized Healthcare experience, transforms all of their lives. Without further ado, let's get started. Meet the Olsen family, Katherine, Jasmine, and Jordan. As a single new employer, she downloaded the app last month as part of her onboarding, and now there's a notification showing. It's a message that will change her family's life. It starts small, with a discount on her insulin prescription, the sort of cost savings she's indicated she was interested in when she onboarded with Accolade. With that information powering our True Health Engine, Accolade is able to reach out proactively with an offer that's relevant to Katherine's situation. The chance to save some money on her prescriptions would sure help with Jordan's violin lessons. Can she really talk to someone at 9:00 P.M. on a Friday? Katherine reaches out and gets connected with a real person right away. Thank you for calling Accolade. My name is Samantha. Hi, this is Katherine. I'm calling about that savings notification I saw in the app. Great. I'm pulling that up now. While I do that, can I just check in? How are you doing these days? I'm okay. My back has been bothering me, but otherwise I'm good. I'm sorry to hear about your back. We can talk about that too if you have time. Katherine is in more pain than she's letting on. Lately, it's hard to even finish a shift at work. She tried physical therapy, but the commute was inconvenient, and now her doctor is talking about surgery. That sounds drastic, not to mention expensive. After all, she just finished paying the ER bill for Jasmine's recent asthma attack. Conversations about people's health never follow a straight path. Our Care EQ approach harnesses the power of data, clinical assessments, and active listening to build a trusting relationship with every member. That relationship allows our team to really get to know Katherine and her family, and not just their health information. We work to understand their whole lives so that everyone on the care team can easily help Katherine in the future. This information powers Katherine's True Health Action Plan, a data-driven, personalized approach to healthcare that takes all her family's needs, challenges, and goals into account and then creates a path forward. By the end of the call, Samantha has walked Katherine through her family's True Health Action Plan. There are three doctors that match Katherine's preferences. Each one can switch her insulin medication to save her some money and help her determine a path forward to address her back pain, and they all have video appointments available that fit her schedule. She doesn't have to drive 40 minutes to the city. Samantha is also reaching out to Katherine's daughter, Jasmine, to talk about her asthma and discuss mental health support as she's been experiencing anxiety about attending college in the fall. Samantha sent over some information on the HPV vaccine for her son, Jordan. Who knew. Katherine thought that was just for girls. Katherine's conversation with Accolade took less than 20 minutes, and in that time, she feels months' worth of worries about her family's health are on the way to getting solved. Wasn't that great? Now I'd like to introduce you to Accolade's Chief Technology Officer, Harish Naidu, who is going to take you behind the scenes and talk about the amazing technology, data, and intelligence powering the experience you just saw. Harish? Thank you, Mike. It's great to be here with all of you today. Let's go back to the encounter you just saw and walk through the powerful technology, data, and intelligence powering each step in Katherine's journey. Let's start with the very first notification that she gets, informing her of a cost savings opportunity. This is being powered by our deep understanding of Katherine and her family, as well as the things that we know are important to her. Personalized Healthcare is rooted in the belief that every person is unique and needs their own highly curated experience in order to drive meaningful outcomes. To achieve this, we begin compiling data from several sources and deriving insights about every member we serve, even before we've had our first interaction. From there, we continue to learn through ongoing ingestion of data as well as through insights gathered with every interaction. Risk scores are updated in real time, and proactive outreach like the one on the screen are generated automatically. In Katherine's case, we are leveraging a combination of claims data, information Katherine has shared with us previously, and insights from partners to derive the best action for her to take. This information helps us to start personalize the experience from day one, which is why we outreach to Katherine as soon as we find an opportunity for her to save on healthcare costs, because we know that is important to her. Here, we can see that Accolade provides multiple options for Katherine to take action on this opportunity based on whatever works for her. She can simply opt into the savings immediately with no human interaction or connect with her care team if she has questions or needs help. Here for the first time, we can see Katherine's True Health Action Plan. This is an entirely new concept for members, an actionable, personalized health plan for Katherine. Not only that, because she's the healthcare CEO for her family, it also includes actions for her children. Katherine's True Health Action Plan is powered by the Accolade True Health Engine, the collection of data, intelligence, and technology behind the scenes that makes it all possible. The True Health Engine provides guided intelligence that drives recommended goals and actions for not only Katherine and her children, but also for the care team that is supporting them. It is powered by our rich member data set and deep intelligence, constantly assessing and knowing what the next best thing to do is for every member. Having an always up-to-date personalized plan at her fingertips allows Katherine to take action on her and her family's care journey from anywhere at any time. In addition, Katherine's True Health Action Plan is not only visible to her, but also to her entire care team. This ensures that everyone helping her is on the same page and understands what's most important right now. In this particular case, we know that Katherine is motivated by healthcare cost savings. The True Health Engine sent a prescription opportunity outreach notification, and that's what appears at the top of her True Health Action Plan. Now, Katherine has decided to reach out to her care team. With 24/7 access, help is available even at night. For Katherine, that's a huge benefit because given her work schedule, that works best for her. Once again, she has multiple options on how to proceed. She can message, request a call back, or call right now. Katherine opts to call and here for the first time, we can see Care EQ, the suite of intelligent tools that empowers the Accolade care team. It unlocks powerful capabilities, provides insight and context on Katherine's health, and recommends actions to be taken on her behalf. Care EQ powers each member of the Accolade care team, including health assistants, nurses, pharmacists, specialists, and physicians. It also enables strong collaboration between all team members supporting Katherine. We begin to see personalization at work. At a glance, we see Katherine's personal motivators and barriers to care. It immediately allows her health assistant, Samantha, to personalize her interaction. We also see recommended actions Samantha can initiate with Katherine, the cost savings opportunity that we've already seen, as well as an available clinical program for her diabetes. Samantha doesn't have to spend time searching around to understand context or take action. Care EQ puts insights and actions front and center at her fingertips. This helps Samantha to focus on what she does best, interact with Katherine with humanity and compassion and help her and her family with their healthcare needs. Lastly, we can also see Katherine's True Health Action Plan here on the right side of the screen. It shows all the same actions that Katherine sees from her phone. As Katherine and Samantha begin to converse, Care EQ allows Samantha to quickly and easily capture critical information from the interaction. As data is captured, the True Health Engine is automatically gleaning new insights, and as we can see here, is suggesting new actions to be taken in real time. In this case, Samantha is being prompted to talk about the value of virtual primary care. The recommendation is front and center, right in line with the flow of the interaction. Samantha doesn't have to navigate anywhere. This is a great example of the power of intelligence inside of CareEQ and the True Health Engine. In Katherine's case, she's excited about the virtual PCP option and decides to try it. Samantha is able to quickly and easily bring up a list of primary care physicians that meet Katherine's needs and preferences and share them directly with her, automatically updating her True Health Action Plan. Katherine can now quickly and easily browse through the list of recommended providers and immediately choose one and book a virtual appointment. With just a few taps, Katherine can book an appointment that is both available and convenient for her busy schedule. In the space of just a few minutes, Samantha, leveraging Care EQ and the True Health Engine, has taken several actions to support Katherine healthcare needs. She has used her understanding of Katherine motivators and barriers to care to uncover Katherine symptoms and reason for the call, introduce the opportunity of virtual primary care, found her a list of ideal virtual primary care physicians that meet her needs and preferences, and enabled Katherine to select a desired doctor and book an appointment that works for her. This is the essence of the power of Personalized Healthcare. Delightful, straightforward, personalized interactions powered by powerful technology and intelligence with humanity and compassion at the center, ultimately leading to member actions that improves outcomes. As we end this encounter, we see that Katherine Olsen's True Health Action Plan has automatically been updated to reflect the outcome of her interaction with Samantha. She's now being prompted to prep for her upcoming primary care visit. It's as easy as that. Now, I'll turn it right back to Mike to talk about how this translates to you and your population. Mike? Thanks, Harish. Well, that was quite a powerful interaction. One that was all made possible by the deep level of insight that Accolade has about Katherine and her family. Let's consider for a minute everything we already knew before the call even started, as well as the insights gleaned during the interaction. Katherine is a single working mother who did not go to college. She doesn't have a strong relationship with her primary care doctor. Money is a significant issue when it comes to her family's healthcare. She's struggling with diabetes and chronic back pain. Lastly, her daughter, Jasmine, is struggling with anxiety. If human-centered context is what helps Samantha and the rest of the Accolade care team support Katherine, how does this same data help you understand your whole population and optimize your program design? The answers are found in the Accolade True Health Dashboard. It's a single pane of glass for all things healthcare, serving you and the smart human-centered insights you need to make healthcare decisions that are personalized to your organization's needs and drive business outcomes. You all know there is a ton of data out there. What are the most important insights? What will actually empower you to focus on the health of the people who matter to you, your employees, and their families? We think there are a few key insights that matter every time, and we've put those front and center. Let's start by looking at the new True Health Dashboard. At a glance, you can easily understand the health of the people you are responsible for. You can quickly see a snapshot of your members and families and how and where health risk is stratified in several dimensions. Ensuring that Accolade is engaging with the right members is important to you, so you can also see engagement by risk metrics to understand how Accolade is engaging with those who need care the most. Satisfaction goes hand in hand with engagement. The dashboard gives a summary of current satisfaction with an ability to drill into details. We know that flattening your healthcare trend line goes hand in hand with improving the health of your population. Here, you have real-time insight into year-to-date savings and ROI, as well as a breakdown of spend by risk band. Finally, here's a snapshot of member engagement activities, including metrics for your most impactful partner programs, outreach and engagement trend over time, and recommended actions you can take to drive additional engagement. While Katherine's story is powerful, you have made a commitment, a social contract to enable and empower a better healthcare experience for everyone in your organization. You need to have a full and detailed understanding of the health of your entire population. To help you accomplish this, let's take a look at some population health insights. Here, you can easily dig deeper into your population health data. Do you have all the information you need to ensure your benefits program addresses the unique needs of your population? We all know that U.S. healthcare is deeply inequitable. It's imperative that you leverage social determinants of health to better understand your population and apply those insights to improve health disparities. At Accolade, we believe analyzing the impacts of social determinants of health on member health decisions to drive improved personalized targeting and outreach is not only the right thing to do. It's part of the social contract you've made with your employees. Across the top row, you can quickly see the top chronic conditions by risk that your members are experiencing. These insights are valuable as you think about how to better support the parts of your population living with chronic disease. You can also see how Accolade is working for you and proactively engaging with the members that need help the most. This starts with proactive outreach to your high-risk population. We feel strongly that a personalized approach is truly what's needed to get care to those who need it most. In addition to outreach by risk level, you can see the Accolade engagement by chronic conditions. We also know medication spend is a significant financial burden for both members and your total benefit spend. We provide insight into the most used medications and their associated costs, as well as the trend over time, demonstrating how Accolade is helping to reduce that spend. The insights on this page are powerful when measuring the success of Accolade actions like clinical programs, targeted outreach efforts, and benefits investments made by your organization. Katherine is living with diabetes, and she's obviously not alone. The Diabetes Clinical Outcomes page details key insights about your entire diabetic population, the success rate of outreach efforts, and ultimately, the savings Accolade is helping to drive. A major component of improving outcomes is taking the right action for any given member, and that is the power of our True Health Engine. We identify actions for members to take and drive progress towards those actions to help your population take the right steps to achieve better health. We don't leave you with just numbers. You'll also find recommendations for action. For example, you can review program design, where Accolade gives you ways to help you further reduce your program spend. Additionally, we make it easy for you to share these reports with key stakeholders, driving home the strategic nature of the employee experience. We are here to make sure your people get the right care and have an exceptional experience, and that you as an HR leader have an exceptional experience too. Your experience matters. It's also worth mentioning that the new True Health Dashboard lives in an updated Accolade customer portal, redesigned to expand how you connect with Accolade as a buyer. This new portal better enables you to discover, understand, and communicate what Accolade can do for your company. Furthermore, we've set up a team dedicated to the work of understanding and innovating on your experience, including connecting with you all to hear your feedback and ideas. Now let's get back to Katherine story, shall we? Katherine doesn't like talking to doctors. Her last doctor was always in a hurry and barely remembered her. Most visits, she felt like she was starting over from scratch. Today, she's seeing Dr. West through Accolade. Based on the preferences Katherine shared with her Health Assistant, Samantha, yesterday, Dr. West is the best fit, and Katherine's glad to be seeing a doctor who's right for her. Because Dr. West can see all of Katherine's medical records as well as notes from Accolade's care team, she's ready to get Katherine the care she needs. Dr. West knows, for instance, that physical therapy hasn't helped Katherine's back pain and that costs are a concern, not only for a potential surgery, but for healthcare in general. Nice to meet you, Katherine. I'm Dr. West. Nice to meet you too. Thanks for seeing me so quickly. I'm happy we could. We've also got Samantha on the line, and she's filled me in about your back pain and what you've already tried. Katherine so glad Samantha offered to join the call. Now she's got someone on her side who knows how healthcare works. Dr. West starts by asking about Katherine back pain and learn that she's missed work because of it. She wasn't able to make the commute to physical therapy consistently, and her previous doctor was recommending surgery as a next step, but she's concerned about the risks and costs of undergoing a procedure. All this leads Dr. West to recommend a virtual visit with a leading back specialist who can help Katherine understand her options other than surgery. Samantha can get it scheduled in just three days. Next, Dr. West reviews the diabetes medications Katherine Olsen is taking and makes a note to send in a new prescription. In just a few minutes, Katherine is saving money each month on her prescriptions. Since she has Katherine benefits in front of her, Dr. West asks if she's heard about at-home programs that can help manage her diabetes. Katherine is eligible for one that is fully paid for by her employer. She schedules a follow-up appointment to talk more about it. There's just one more thing. Did Katherine see the reminder to schedule a Pap smear in her True Health Action Plan? She did, but she'd like to avoid the doctor who did her last one. I can help with that. Samantha tells Katherine she will share a few nearby doctors who might be a better fit. While Dr. West takes over as Katherine's primary care physician, Samantha will coordinate the Pap smear with a women's health doctor. Thank you both so much. My pleasure, Katherine. Talk to you soon. When Katherine looks at her Accolade True Health Action Plan, she sees that Samantha has already started gathering records to share with the new back specialist, and her new insulin prescription should ship tomorrow. With Samantha and Dr. West on her team now, it feels like things are looking up. Wow, that was really impactful. Now allow me to introduce Adriane Musuneggi, Accolade's Vice President of Experience, to take us behind the scenes of Katherine's primary care visit. Adriane. Now we are really starting to see the power of Personalized Healthcare. Let's break down Katherine's primary care experience and talk about what's happening behind the scenes that makes it all possible. When we last left Katherine, she had just scheduled her virtual primary care visit at a time that worked for her, given her hectic schedule. Prior to the visit, Samantha checks in on Katherine to see if she has any questions or concerns. She also offers Katherine the opportunity to have her join the call. Accolade knows that Katherine is dealing with a lot and has a general distrust for the healthcare system, and that offering to join the visit will help put her at ease. It makes sense to give her this opportunity. Katherine can opt in with just a tap. It will also ensure that Samantha understands what transpired during the visit and address any concerns in real time, eliminating the need for a follow-up call. As Katherine's physician, Dr. West, prepares for her visit, we can see that she is also using Care EQ. This allows her full access to Katherine's health context and the full power of the True Health Engine. Dr. West can immediately see the current top recommended actions for Katherine, a summary of her recent encounters with Accolade, and a summary of her existing conditions. Just like Samantha and the rest of the care team, Dr. West can also see Katherine's True Health action plan. The virtual visit is simple, convenient, and effective for Katherine. Having Samantha participate puts Katherine at ease and creates efficiency. As the visit unfolds, Dr. West is easily able to document Katherine's situation and create notes in real time through Care EQ. As notes are created, the True Health Engine parses out key insights and, combined with our existing knowledge of Katherine, provides real-time recommended actions. During Katherine's visit, the True Health Engine recognizes that we will be better able to help Katherine by gathering her medical records from previous provider visits. With a simple click, Dr. West can follow this recommendation and automatically kick off this process. Later in the visit, Care EQ recommends an expert medical consult for Katherine's back pain, and Dr. West agrees. Again, with a single click, Dr. West can initiate the process and help Katherine find a top national specialist for the consult. Katherine's True Health Action Plan will also be automatically updated. Here we can see the True Health Engine in action once again. Dr. West is being reminded to discuss the outstanding savings opportunity with Katherine's insulin medication. CareEQ makes it quick and easy for Dr. West to review all of Katherine's medications and easily change her prescription and realize the cost savings. Katherine's True Health Action Plan will automatically reflect that this has happened. Finally, we can see here a great example of the power of holistic, fully integrated healthcare experience and platform. Through the power of CareEQ and the True Health Engine, Dr. West has full access to all of Katherine's benefits and benefit programs offered by her employer. Because of that, she can connect with Katherine's current diabetes condition with a partner program available to her and recommend Virta Health as a next step. Personalized Healthcare isn't just about Accolade care teams and services. It also seamlessly connects the broader healthcare and benefits ecosystem to Katherine and her family. Connecting Katherine's primary care doctor with all of her benefits and health context provides entirely new areas of opportunity to improve outcomes. As the visit comes to a close, Dr. West can easily schedule and confirm a follow-up appointment with Katherine. Not only is this quick and convenient, it will also help build and foster the patient-PCP relationship. After the call, Katherine has an opportunity to provide real-time feedback. This is critically important for us, as we are constantly looking for patient input to help us improve future interactions. Dr. West and Katherine have just had an incredibly powerful and effective visit. Let's recap. Dr. West was able to update Katherine's insulin prescription and realize cost savings that will have a real impact on Katherine's finances. An expert medical consult was agreed to and scheduled. Dr. West recommended that Katherine enroll in Virta to help manage her diabetes. Katherine agreed, the enrollment process was kicked off. Lastly, several preventative and prescription-related actions were captured for Katherine and her family and automatically reflected in Katherine's True Health Action Plan. Her plan doesn't only reflect actions that Katherine needs to take herself. She can also see all the actions being taken on her and her family's behalf behind the scenes by her Accolade care team and True Health Engine. She can see that a process is kicked off to gather her medical records. She can also see that Samantha was reaching out to Jasmine to help her prep for her appointment. Lastly, she can see that her new insulin prescription is in the process of being filled and delivered to her home. We've seen the full power of an Accolade primary care visit. Let me now turn it back over to Mike to talk about how you can see how this power translates across your entire population through the True Health Dashboard. Thank you, Adriane. While Katherine's primary care experience is not uncommon, a large number of Americans either do not have a primary care doctor or are not regularly visiting with their PCP. We all know that having a PCP is a critical component of healthcare, which is why Accolade intentionally stepped into the world of primary care to ensure all members have access to the holistic, integrated care they need. The True Health Dashboard can help you stay informed on the state of your members' relationships with their PCPs and the kind of care they provide. Let's take a look. Let's start with the basics. Here you see a snapshot of the number of PCP visits each month, comparing visits with an Accolade PCP versus traditional primary care. We want members to be engaging with their primary care physician, and the integrated holistic care received from an Accolade primary care doctor allows us to better influence the member's care journey and drive improved health outcomes. You can also see visit satisfaction and get a snapshot into the top visit reasons. Here in the middle of the dashboard, you see how Accolade is focusing its PCP engagement on the part of your population that needs it most. The vertical axis here stratifies your population by health risk, and the horizontal axis by the quality of their PCP relationship. The percentage in each square represents how much of that part of your population we have engaged with related to primary care. As you can see by the numbers, our deep understanding of your population allows our outreach efforts to be focused on those folks who need primary care the most, those who are higher risk and have little to no relationship with a primary care doctor. These are the individuals who can benefit most from creating and maintaining that relationship, because these are the people who need quality, human-centered healthcare the most right now. That's what will help keep them from developing the conditions for which they're at risk or from becoming polychronic. Further down, you can see how many visits resulted in referrals, specifics around mental health referrals, and how many prescriptions are generics, as well as overall adherence to True Health action plans. These are the kinds of insights that will help inform recommendations and decision-making within your organization about programs or incentives you may want to offer, and the general day-to-day health of your members. Business is what we are doing every day, return on investment is important. These are your people. We want to shed light on what is going on with them, where they are, and how we are attempting to engage them and influence their behavior and healthcare experience, so you know the overall health of your organization and how you and your executive team can best support your people. Now let's get back to Katherine's story as she prepares for her expert medical consult. Today, Katherine Olsen is talking to a specialist through Accolade to get an expert medical opinion to see if surgery really is the only option to deal with her back pain. It's been just three days since her new primary care doctor referred her to this specialist, much faster than she's used to getting care. She had to wait six weeks to see the last doctor who said surgery was her only option. Now, because her new employer provides Accolade to its employees and their families, she's talking to Dr. Garrett on a video call. He's a leading specialist in her specific back issue, thousands of miles away at Stanford. She hopes he'll have some new ideas. In the past three days, Katherine's Accolade Health Assistant, Samantha, spoke with a specialist nurse. They quickly gathered additional records needed for the visit and shared them with Dr. Garrett. They messaged Katherine to help her prep for the consult. Talking to Samantha and a nurse who specializes in musculoskeletal issues really put Katherine's mind at ease. For once, she feels confident about discussing her health problems with her doctor. What Katherine doesn't know is that after reviewing her records, Dr. Garrett messaged her Accolade primary care doctor to ask about any pain management that might have been discussed during her visit. The question is answered before the call with Katherine even starts. Hi, Katherine. Great to see you again. Katherine is thrilled to have Samantha by her side every step of the way. It makes getting the help she and her family need so much easier. Hi, Katherine. How's your back been feeling lately? It's been better. Okay. Let me show you what I'm seeing here. It's good news. It turns out there's a virtual physical therapy program more targeted to Katherine's specific issues, and Samantha can help her get enrolled easily. This virtual option, provided by her employer, gives Katherine the flexibility to plan around her work schedule and provides her with coaching that will help her stay on track. Dr. Garrett updates Katherine's records as they say goodbye and lets her know that her Accolade primary care physician will also receive a visit summary. After the call, Katherine sees that her True Health Action Plan has already been updated. Her next step is to get started with her virtual physical therapy program. It's a relief to have an option other than surgery. For the first time ever, Katherine has an entire team of people supporting her, and healthcare is finally starting to feel easy. That's Personalized Healthcare from Accolade, oriented around people and families and delivered through empowered care teams. Here we've just seen another powerful, impactful interaction between Katherine and Accolade, further expanding her care team and introducing her to new opportunities that will improve her health and help her live her healthiest life. We started with the records collection process, which was kicked off prior to the consult. A specialty nurse was easily added to the care team and was able to facilitate the collection process. Getting Katherine's consent was a simple step in the mobile app, and collection of all relevant records can usually be done in a matter of days. With Care EQ and the True Health Engine, access to any of Katherine's health information is readily accessible by any Accolade care team member. Here we see how easy it is for her health assistant, Samantha, to view the entire encounter summary from her previous primary care visit. It's also been a simple step to add Simon, Katherine's specialty nurse and newest care team member, to the ongoing conversation with Katherine, so he can let her know that we have gathered her medical records and help her prepare for her consult. From Katherine's perspective, adding Simon to the care team and the conversation is seamless and straightforward, and the warm introduction and handoff from Samantha further helps her feel comfortable about her upcoming appointment. Here, we're now beginning to see the full power of Care EQ. Dr. Garrett, Katherine's newest care team member and specialist who will be providing the consult, has access to all of the same data, insights, recommendations, and collaboration tools as the rest of Katherine's care team. This is what true collaborative care looks like. Everyone helping Katherine on her journey has access to all the same information and intelligence and an ability to connect and collaborate at all times. As Dr. Garrett prepares for the consult, he has the full context of Katherine's situation at a glance. Here we can see the power of team collaboration. Dr. Garrett has a quick question for Dr. West. Instead of playing phone tag or just skipping the question, Dr. Garrett can easily ask his questions and get a quick response. True collaborative care built right into Care EQ. Dr. Garrett has the full power of Care EQ at his fingertips. He can easily recall the notes from Katherine's primary care visit and glean the insights that will make his consult more impactful and relevant to Katherine's full health context. Just like her primary care visit, the consult is easy and efficient for Katherine, and she also has the ability to ask her health assistant to participate. During any care visit, Katherine can easily recall and prep questions that she compiled prior to the visit. The questions are available to both Katherine and her care team. This is a good reminder for Katherine to make sure all of her questions and concerns get addressed during the visit. As needed, Dr. Garrett can also easily share medical record information with Katherine, including imaging records. This provides invaluable context to help her fully understand her situation and options during the consult. Like any other component of Katherine's health information, accessing her medical records in Care EQ is quick and easy for Dr. Garrett. He can easily share an image with Katherine during the visit and use a visual indicator to help her better understand the area he's referencing in the conversation. Just as with Katherine's PCP, Dr. Garrett has access to all of Katherine's benefits and benefit partner programs. In this case, it allows the True Health Engine to recommend the Sword Health program as a treatment option to Dr. Garrett. He decides to recommend this non-surgical option to her, and she agrees to pursue it. Again, a great example of the power of Personalized Healthcare seamlessly connecting Katherine and her care team with the extended ecosystem of care available to her via her benefits program. Documenting Katherine's decision to move forward with Sword is a simple step for Dr. Garrett that immediately updates Katherine's True Health Action Plan and ensures her enrollment to start the program. The relevant steps in collaborative care happen automatically. Katherine Olsen's Accolade primary care physician, Dr. West, automatically receives a consult summary at the end of the visit, ensuring Katherine's entire care team is kept informed and up to date on relevant care events. The consult comes to a close, we can once again see the power of the True Health Action Plan. It has been automatically updated to reflect the follow-ups for Katherine post her visit. It also suggests that getting started with Sword is the most important action for her to take now with an ongoing reminder of the existing actions for her and her family. In just three highly personalized and effective engagements with her Accolade care team, what could have otherwise taken weeks or even months, Katherine is well on her way to addressing her and her family's pressing healthcare needs. I'll turn things back over to Mike to talk about how all of this comes to life for your entire population via the True Health Dashboard. Thanks, Harish. Well, talk about transforming lives. Katherine Olsen went from tired, too busy to schedule or make it to appointments, and contemplating an expensive and potentially unnecessary surgery to seamlessly navigating the system and options with the assistance of a full team of Accolade experts by her side. Connecting with an Accolade primary care physician was just the beginning. The expert medical consult really transformed her journey by providing her with an option that was personalized to her needs. Seamlessly offering an expert medical opinion as part of the Accolade Personalized Healthcare experience is a major innovation. The True Health Dashboard is here again to show you the impact of that. Let's take a look. First off, you'll see how many members are leveraging this powerful benefit and their satisfaction rate. These are members that are quickly and easily able to access and connect with world-class specialists. These visits typically happen within two to three days. No travel required. The specialist comes to the member via a virtual visit. That's a powerful experience. With our True Health Engine, we once again leverage our deep understanding of your population to focus our outreach efforts on the members that have the highest risk. Our holistic and integrated care teams provide members an easy and seamless experience that drives high consult completion rates. On the left, you see the funnel that visualizes our outreach and successful engagement with members determined to benefit from a second opinion. That's a big impact. Surgeries avoided, treatment plans improved, and alternative diagnoses are all at a glance, as well as some similar insights as we found on the PCP True Health Dashboard around number of these kinds of visits versus last year and the kinds of conditions for which members sought these consults. Not only do expert medical opinion consults drive better outcomes, they also drive cost savings. You'll see that in action in the insight section. Once again, the Accolade True Health Engine will offer some smart suggestions based on the health of your population. It's all about taking care of your employees and providing a phenomenal employee experience. Expert medical opinion, especially virtual consults like these, are relatively new to the world of employee benefits and may not be as familiar to you, your team, or your members. These consults have the potential to transform the healthcare journey for your members, drive better outcomes, and help differentiate your employee experience. That is the power of Accolade Personalized Healthcare. Well, that's it for now. I hope you've enjoyed meeting Katherine and her family and seeing the transformative impact that Accolade and Personalized Healthcare is having on their lives. We'll pick up their story again in additional sessions over the next few days. On behalf of Raj, Umair, Harish, Adrian, myself, and the entire Accolade team, thank you for being here at Evolve and enjoy the rest of the conference. Now we'll be taking a break and enjoying the music of DJ Ian Poison. Thank you again.
