v v v Q2 2026 Business Highlights Defense & Homeland Security • Selected by a leading global defense and homeland security system integrator. Framework collaboration agreement signed covering three joint projects, with plans to expand cooperation into additional initiatives • Radar system deliveries have begun directly from Arbe's production line, following successful field testing • Additional shipments expected as production ramps Automotive • Robotaxi: radar systems integrated into vehicles that have commenced on- road trials, with active bid processes underway with additional robotaxi players • China: HiRain is progressing toward production, planned for the beginning of 2027, on its previously announced L4 OEM order, and is competing in meaningful RFIs and RFQs • OEM evaluations: participating with Tier 1s in evaluations to replace OEMs' existing radar technologies Broader Radar Applications • Sensrad announced a new collaboration with VirtuRail, which is integrating the radar into its automated service vehicles for underground tunnel construction • Arbe continues to supply chipsets to Sensrad, supporting its customers Watchit, Forterra, and Tianyi • Additional non-automotive programs are directly engaged at various stages of evaluation Executing the Strategy • Continued revenue growth from increased chipset sales to automotive Tier 1s, radar system sales for defense and civilian programs, and ongoing engineering and development services • Efficiency measures including AI-based automation of operations and procedures, delivering an approximately 15% expense reduction from Q1 2026 levels, with the full impact expected in Q3 2026 3
