( " BRP Group " or the " Company " ) ( NASDAQ : BRP ) , an independent insurance distribution firm , announced its results for the third quarter ended September 30 , 2021 . THIRD QUARTER 2021 HIGHLIGHTS AND SUBSEQUENT EVENTS • Revenue increased 106 % year - over - year to $ 135.6 million • Pro Forma Revenue ( ¹ ) grew 109 % year - over - year to $ 137.8 million Organic Revenue Growth ( 2 ) was 26 % year - over - year " MGA of the Future ” revenue grew 48 % year - over - year to $ 25.9 million GAAP net loss of $ 24.2 million and GAAP loss per share of $ 0.28 Adjusted Net Income ( 3 ) of $ 11.5 million , or $ 0.11 ( 3 ) per fully diluted share Adjusted EBITDA ( 4 ) grew 79 % to $ 19.6 million • Adjusted EBITDA Margin ( 4 ) of 14 % • Pro Forma Adjusted EBITDA ( 5 ) of $ 20.1 million and Pro Forma Adjusted EBITDA Margin ( 5 ) of 15 % " MGA of the Future ” policies in force grew by 56,651 to 661,946 at September 30 , 2021.
