Colombia’s Economic Outlook The Central Bank is expected to continue tightening monetary policy, with the policy rate rising to 12.75% by the end of 2026. Persistent services inflation and climate-related risks are likely to keep price pressures elevated in the near term. The central government deficit is forecast to widen to 6.5% of GDP in 2026, exceeding the government's estimate, reflecting strong spending execution, fiscal rigidities, and higher financing needs. Economic Growth Inflation and Interest Rates Fiscal and External Imbalances Source: DANE, Banco de la República, Ministerio de Hacienda. Forecasts by Grupo Cibest. High interest rates, inflationary pressures and weak investment, continue to weigh on economic activity; thus, our downward revision to 2.6% expected growth. Renewed optimism may lead to a gradual recovery in investment and key sectors could support medium-term stabilization. 4 GDP Growth (% real change, end of year) Inflation and Central Bank Policy rate (% end of the year) Current Account and Fiscal Deficit (% of GDP)

Central America´s Economic Outlook El Salvador Panamá Guatemala Source: INEC, Banco Central de Reserva de El Salvador, Banco de Guatemala. Forecasts by Grupo Cibest. 5 Despite global disruptions, El Niño risks and rising unemployment, Panama will grow just under 4%, driven by Canal activity, logistics momentum, tourism, and construction. Growth is expected to moderate to 2.9% in 2026 but remain relatively resilient as strong infrastructure investment and construction activity offset weaker remittances and rising inflation pressures. Supported by infrastructure projects and institutional reforms that encourage investment, the economy will continue to thrive; despite softer remittance growth and higher inflation.
