Hey, everyone. Thanks so much for joining us for our live Q&A. Before we get started, I just wanna do a quick reminder that we recommend you watch the on-demand sessions ahead of this live Q&A. Those on-demand sessions are where you'll find the actual product updates. Here is just where you'll get a chance to ask any questions you might have about those updates and get them answered by our product managers. If you've done all that already, great. We're excited to answer all your questions. I'm gonna start with a quick round of introductions. You likely know everyone here from the sessions, but just as a quick reminder, my name is Brittany Fisher, and I'm on the product marketing team. I'm joined here today by some of our amazing product managers. We've got Nicole Elam for Spend and Budget updates, Bella Marino covering Registration, Sam Fried for Meetings Management, Ryan Costa for Integrations, Bhavesh Tomar for Surveys, Dorian and Alexa for Instant Book, and Jason Lett for all things Attendee Hub. Just a few notes before we get started. Please make sure to glance at the questions that have already been submitted to see if your question has already been asked. Make sure you upvote your favorites because we're gonna be prioritizing those with the most upvotes. We'll be answering questions around the QPU as a start. Any additional questions will be answered by our product experts in the community thread at the close of today's session. I'm gonna be reading questions here live, so bear with us for any slight delays. Okay, thanks. Let's get started. The first question- That's a good question. I believe so. I'm actually not super sure. I would love for you to reach out to your account manager on that, and we can actually circle back with you, because I believe that is the plan, but I want to be very sure about that answer. Great. Thank you, Jason. All right, next I'm gonna pass it over to Ryan. I saw that there are Zoom Events integrations coming. Can you explain a little bit more of what that means? Yeah, absolutely. Zoom Events is a separate product for Zoom, right? You're likely familiar with Meetings, Webinar. Zoom Events will be able to utilize Cvent as the Registration tool, as well as the tool that can send out email communications. Essentially will be able to take Zoom ticket types, marry them with Cvent Admission Items, and then use Cvent for Registration and pass those people to Zoom Events, which can then generate those links, and then those links will be available in the data tags you're likely already using in your Cvent event emails. Great. Can't wait for that. The next question I think is for Bella, but feel free to correct me if I'm wrong. Are there issues with overlapping sessions and adding them to your calendar? Will we be able to add included sessions to the calendar? Yeah, this is a totally fair question. I'm not sure if it's referencing the feature that was recently released related to the ability to Add to Calendar from the email. We did create an email widget for that recently. If you're able to clarify a connect bit further, I can be super specific if you wanna submit another question really quickly here. But in terms of the ability to Add to Calendar from sessions themselves or about sessions themselves, as long as there's times associated to them, whether they're included or overlapping or optional, whatever you'd like to call them, as long as there's times associated, they should be a part of what downloads related to the calendar information. Shouldn't be any issues there, but feel free to clarify if there's anything more specific about that that you had in mind. Perfect. Thank you. Mm-hmm. All right, next I'm gonna pass it over to Jason again. Could you explain a little bit more about how Audience Segments work and what to use them for? I mean, Audience Segments are a brand new thing that we are jumping into. In the past, or currently, we have kind of two main ways that attendees are put into certain groups for you to control content or control what basically what they see, what their experiences are, what your attendees' experiences are, and that's Registration Types and Admission Items. Audience Segments is just another new category for that, and there's a lot more flexibility there. They're not tied to a particular registration or tickets like we have with Registration Types or Admission Items. Segments are more kind of general, and we plan to use them all over Cvent so that you can have, let's say, a Venn diagram of all your different attendees. You could be a particular attendee, you could be in multiple segments. That's what makes them really powerful is that you don't have to silo people into certain groups. Is that I, for example, if I'm going to Cvent CONNECT, which I am, I'll see you there, hopefully. I will probably be there working on certain things for Cvent, also working on other presentations and doing other things. I might be a speaker, but I also might be Cvent staff. I might also be working in an Innovation Pavilion. We might create all these different segments for those different types of groups, and I could be in all of them or one of them. It's really powerful because it's really flexible. We're planning to not only apply it to basically everywhere in Attendee Hub, but then because we've built it kind of at the top level of Cvent, all the other product lines, all the other parts of Cvent will be able to tap into segments, which is what's gonna be really powerful in the future. I think one of our first new things that we're gonna be doing in Attendee Hub beyond what we just did is creating discussion topics that you can assign to a particular segment, which will be really exciting. Great. No, that was a great recap and a good plug for Cvent Connect. I'm gonna keep you on the screen. I think this question is for you, but correct me if I'm wrong. For session chats transcripts, can it be enabled that planners are able to pull them themselves, or does this Cvent rep have to do it? That is the plan. Right now, our internal folks have to do it, but we are actually gonna be building in tools to allow this to be pulled. It will likely be via API, most likely because that is the typical use case that we've heard where companies need it for compliance purposes, and they need to pull that data into some other repository, and usually, they actually require it via an API. I believe that's where we're gonna start. I'm not sure if we're gonna expand that beyond any kind of Excel export or anything like that, but I know we are gonna be productizing that this year, later this year. That is the plan. Great. Thanks so much. One more question for you? Mm-hmm. Will the Cvent event app be adding push notifications for direct messages? That is in active development. Absolutely. It's going along with another feature we're working on with allowing you to send messages to groups of people. We know that this is a big need. Messages really don't work really well if you have to open the app to check on them. It's more like email. A push notification for a message makes a lot more sense so that you can get it while you're outside the app. We know that's a big need, and we are working on it actively in development. Great. Excited to see that coming. Thank you for that. I'm gonna give you a little break, Jason. I'm gonna push this over to Bella. Any update on Google Analytics 4 integration outside of the code snippet workaround for the event website and Registration? Yeah. UA switchover is coming up fast. It is. Yes. This summer, it's happening. We are wrapping up development on the Google Analytics 4 direct integration out of the box that we will have for events. Rather than having to continue to use code snippets, you'll be able to use the same sort of out-of-the-box experience that you had before with Universal Analytics for Google Analytics 4. We wanted to make sure that we had our cutover take place before the sort of overall migration took place for Google Analytics. Look out for that in the next month or so. We should be releasing that ahead of the overall switchover. Great question. Great. Thanks, Bella. Mm-hmm. Now I'm gonna bring Jason back for a couple more Attendee Hub questions. I see updates to the speaker profile card options in Attendee Hub. Is there an option to remove these fancy features as it cuts off the top of presenters' heads? Yeah. We've definitely heard that feedback. That was a little bit of a miss on our part, honestly, thinking that most photos were going to be set up a certain way. We actually have made some very recent enhancements to make that not happen, that particular issue. We don't really have any plans to be able to turn these off, because we're just trying to create an experience that is cohesive across the app, so it makes it look similar to an attendee 'cause you're looking at a similar type of profile. As far as that particular issue with the presenters' heads getting cut off, we have come up with a solution that doesn't require any new work from the planner side that just adjusts the photo to fit in the frame better. Hopefully, look out for that really soon. We will have that fixed. Great. Thanks, Jason. One more for you. Will there be any update on to the view of someone's My Schedule within the event app? More list view to show versus an all sessions tab. Yep, absolutely. We have a few enhancements coming out right now, very soon, for My Schedule just to make it easier to read. Some of the text on the screen is too big, and if you have too many sessions happening at the same time, it's really hard to figure out what's going on there 'cause everything's kind of jumbled. We are also actively working on a list view that's similar to all sessions because we know not every event based on the sessions that are on your schedule work well with the calendar view. We're gonna have the option for you to switch between, like, a list view or a traditional, like, calendar view like we have now. Great. Looking forward to that. Actually, another event app question. Will the event app offer a social wall similar to what was offered in CrowdCompass? We are talking about this. We're not sure. We know people want it. We know people loved some kind of, like, live display of sorts as well, similar to this. I've been talking with some other people in my department, we're trying to figure out what fits best for this need. We know we don't plan to directly rebuild this. One of the main reasons behind it was just because these social networks tend to really pull fast ones on you when you build integrations with them. They don't really care to support you. They will change their APIs, they will change their terms overnight and break your software, which was one of the hardest things we built with social wall. We're trying to come up with something that is less brittle but still kind of fits that need and offers that experience to really show all that social energy happening with either in the app or outside the app for that event. Makes sense. Thanks for explaining that. Now I'll give you a little break and pass it back over to Bella about the Add to Calendar. Would it be possible to Add to Calendar links for each individual session for which someone is registered in the confirmation email? Yeah. In keeping with some of the updates that have been done to the Agenda Widget for the website and some of the things we're focusing on related to our emails, we're taking a look at a lot of enhancements that we want to do related to the Agenda Widget and everywhere it exists. One of those things involves sort of the way in which we display sessions that take place over multiple days, the way in which we're making those things accessible, and this is certainly one of the things that we want to take a look at in some time. Look out for that in the future. We're looking around at all sort of options for now, and hopefully we'll have something in the future for that functionality. Great. Looking forward to it. Thanks, Bella. Next, there's a couple more Attendee Hub questions, welcome back, Jason. We just finished an event, and our primary issue was that once the session ended, attendees could no longer join it, which prevented them from accessing documents, handouts. Can we have a setting that allows attendees to join sessions after they end? Yeah, we've definitely heard this feedback. What's interesting about this use case is the reason we have. Well, actually, let me double-check when we read this. Just once the session ended. Right now, we have the documents restricted to the people who actually attended the session, but it might sound like here. I'm not sure here if they were actually attending it or not. Oop! Can we go back to that question again? Sorry. I'm still trying to make sure I fully understood it. I think we skipped ahead a question. I'm just trying to find it. There we go. There we go. All right. Once the session finished, could no longer join it. Lost it again. Sorry, folks. I will just say we are actively working on a solution so that there is a configuration so that documents won't be restricted for particular attendees that have not actually attended the session. We know there's plenty of planners that actually like that and want that. They want to make sure the documents are only accessible to those that attended. In this particular case, just because the sessions ended not being able to access the documents, it's a little different than that. That's actually just some good feedback. I don't know if we have any very particular plan for this, but I wanna take this back to my team and see what we can do about that, because that doesn't seem great. Great. Thanks, Jason, and thanks everyone for bearing with us through that. Steve, feel free to head to the community and submit this in the Ideas tab there. Our product managers take a look at that on a regular basis too. Yeah. Absolutely. All right. Next question, Jason. Will there be an option to import attendees for Audience Segments rather than manually selecting them? I believe that is the plan. Yeah, we wanna do a lot with segments. Right now we kinda have that base functionality out there, but we know the more and more they get used, we know this import functionality will absolutely be needed. I just don't have a timeline for you. I know that's something we will likely be doing. Great. Thank you. One more question for you. Mm-hmm. Are there plans to add data tag support to Attendee Hub? I guess I would want to know particularly what kind of data tags. If we're talking about the ones that are used in emails, I'd really wanna know more of that use case, because we might be able to solve it in a different way, because we don't have any direct or active plans to take those exact data tags and put them in Attendee Hub in that same way. I would love to hear more of the use case, so we can figure out how we can solve the problem or solve the need there. Perfect. Thank you. I know I said one more, but I'm gonna ask you one more. Yeah. Will Custom Card visibility be able to be managed by Admission Item, Registration Type, et cetera? Yep. That should all follow the same logic we have now with our page visibility feature. You should be able to do it by those two or segments as well. Great. Basically what that really means there is if a Custom Card is linked to a particular page, and that page has those restrictions, then the Custom Card itself will follow that same logic. Okay. That makes sense. Thank you. Mm-hmm. All right. I'll let you take a little break. I think I'm gonna pass this over to Bella. Let me know, what is the status on the updated Badge Designer? Yeah, that's a really good question. I actually think it would be best if we got one of our OnArrival product managers to follow up about this. I am happy to take that back to them if we'd like to make sure we get some more information out there. Thanks, Bella. We'll make sure to get an answer to this question and pass it along. All right. I'll bring it back to Jason for another Audience Segments question. Would you be able to do Audience Segments by Admission Items? If Admission Items were Monday only or Tuesday only, et cetera. I'm not actually sure. I know we've talked about kind of a flow where there's. You set up rules for how Segments get created based on other criteria like this. I don't think we have anything in the near-term plan, but that is a good idea. That makes a lot of sense. Because we do want to make sure Segments are used everywhere and make sure they can work well with the other types of groupings we have. I don't think we have that very particular thing planned, but I think it's a really good thing to either post in product ideas like we were mentioning earlier or mentioning that with your other segment reps, because anytime you give feedback to them, it makes their way straight back to us as well. Great. Thanks, Jason. I'm going to pass it over to Bella for the next question. Is there any plan to enable HTML in the session chat? Oh, I guess this is Jason. That's okay. Sorry, Jason. Happy to. If we want to share links so they're click-clickable versus copy and paste. Yeah, I definitely see the need there. Just to be clear with everybody, the reason why this doesn't work right now, is there's a lot of security implications. You can do a lot of really malicious things with URLs that can be clicked. That's why it currently doesn't work. We're still working with our security team to figure out how we can support this and it still be safe because what's most important to us is to make sure that we're not building software that can then allow any kind of malicious activity to affect your event or affect your data or affect our data. That's why it currently doesn't work. We are actively working with our security team to figure out how we can make that work and it work safely. Thanks. Thanks for that explanation. It makes sense to me. All right. Another Attendee Hub question for you. When will featured speakers be included in the Attendee Hub homepage? I guess we're talking about the website. We have this currently on the event app. Sorry, my dog is being very needy. We did recently add speakers to the website. I imagine we will be adding this on the homepage as well on the web. I just don't know of a timeline. I know that's your question there. I'm sorry, I don't have an actual timeline. I will say in the near future, we are going to be changing kind of how we share what's coming. Right now, most of that is actually shared either in these or if you directly talk to one of your reps. We're gonna be posting more public, kind of what's coming up soon, release notes before they come out. Hopefully look out for that, you will see any kind of timelines. Look out for that announcement. It'll be at CONNECT. Just another plug for CONNECT. In the meantime, keep joining our QPUs. Another question for Attendee Hub. I know that some gamification items allow for visibility by app versus Attendee Hub. Is there a plan to have all gamification item visibility controlled by mission item, registration type, et cetera? The plan there, is to basically allow you to create multiple games and then have an individual game be targeted at particular groups. Basically within that game, you would have particular challenges that would be for only that game. It would only apply to those particular groups, whether it be an Admission Item, a Registration Type, or an attendee, an Audience Segment. That's how we're going to kind of give that flexibility for the game so that you can actually just have multiple games going on simultaneously. People could have access to one or multiple, depending on the groups that they are in. Great. Thank you. Another Attendee Hub question for you. When will the translation for push notifications in Attendee Hub be available? Translation. I'm not sure I know what that means. If we're to guess, I think, like, Multi-Language or... Hmm. Yeah, Multi-Language capabilities. Like, to send a notification to... in different languages to different groups. That's a really good question. I don't know if we've actually fully explored that. I know that because of how notifications works, those don't directly work just in our app. They go through other kind of systems to send out a notification. I don't know if those systems actually support something like this. That's a really good question. That's really good feedback. I don't know of anything planned for this, but I could be mistaken. Yeah, please go through the normal channels of submitting that feedback, whether it be in the community or through your CS reps or and account manager, because, yeah, I wanna make sure that makes it back to our team. Great. Thank you, Jason. I'll give you a little bit of a break and pass it over to Bella for another Add to Calendar question. Does the new Add to Calendar function allow to have different functionality depending on where the button is placed? For example, if you add that button, it has to be for sessions and/or the event in all places the button lives. Will that change? Great question. At the moment, the Add to Calendar widget that we just created for the email, the functionality will be based off of what you've sort of determined as a part of your marketing concept for how you'd like for this to appear on people's calendars. As I mentioned earlier, we're always taking feedback on how to make this better, improve it, and make changes over time, and doing some very exciting things in the coming sort of year. Look out for more enhancements where that's concerned. We'll certainly take this into account. Great. Thanks so much, Bella. Mm-hmm. I'll pass it back to Jason for another Attendee Hub question. Under the Attendee Hub app, is it possible to have, in the future, where the attendees class years are visible and are grouped together? Let me think through this one. I mean, this might be able to be accomplished right now with our filters. You can actually create registration questions or internal information and display that on their profile and then actually filter them. I'm wondering if grouped together, that implies that. If you could put that class year as a filter on the attendee list, and then you could view that particular year and group them all together. I believe and obviously there's some more information to get here, but I believe based on what I'm reading here, it does sound like this could be actually accomplished now, using our custom filters. Please reach out to your Cvent rep and make sure they send you all the information on how that works. Great. Thanks. Thanks for bringing your dog on screen for everyone to see. One more Attendee Hub question. Will there be an update that allows you to preview the Attendee Hub website without making it live, similar to the testing functionality within Registration? Yep, absolutely. This is coming. I just saw the designs last week. The designer was showing off what they had built. It'll work similar to the live preview does for the app, so it'll be all within the builder. You won't actually even leave the builder. You'll open kind of a page where you can switch between the two experiences, the web and the app, and kind of get a full preview of what you are working on without actually having to. What you currently do is create a user and log in and register and do all that. We're really excited to be able to do that. I don't have the timeline for you, but I know the designs are in. That means we'll be working on it soon. Great. Can't wait to see that coming soon. All right. I will pass the next question over to Bella. In the events, when will we be able to sort registrants by re-registration last mod date? Currently, we cannot easily see the order of registrations. Yeah, totally fair question. We do allow for all of these sorting, grouping, and filtering capabilities within our reports and our reporting framework. I would encourage you to take a look at that if that's something that you're finding that you frequently utilize or want to look at. You can also export your reports on a regular basis or use the Access Portal to continuously take a look at them without even having to come into Cvent directly. That's a totally fair piece of feedback for something like our attendee list, where you just wanna take a quick at-a-glance look. In the meantime, though, like I said, a couple of solutions that exist, I would take a look at reporting. The other thing that you could do if you really like to be in tune on when people are registering and keep up to date with that is utilize, Planner Alerts or get a CC email on everybody's registration confirmation email. I'll take this piece of feedback back, and we can see over time, what other things would be great to add to the attendee list. Great. Thanks, Bella. Mm-hmm. Next question for Attendee Hub gamification. Will the game changes coming, for Jason, sorry, include options to upload photos for points or scan QR codes for points? Yeah. There's a couple of things here. We have our Discussions feature right now where you can go into the group and post photos or post text posts. We are going to be gamifying that. As far as uploading photos, you can definitely assign points for that part. We are exploring a new type of game that's similar to like a scavenger hunt style thing where we are talking about entering codes or QR codes to get points as well. We may or may not kind of incorporate a new photos functionality there, but at its base level, we are absolutely gonna be gamifying the Discussions photo posts and then doing the QR codes as well. Yeah, that's all coming. Great. Looking forward to it. Okay. Next question for Ryan, actually. Are there any updates when launching Zoom to have custom settings start every time, anyone can share screens, etc., rather than the main host having to adjust these settings each time they launch a virtual meeting? Great question. I'm not familiar with any of these, this particular change coming, but this is something that I will double-check with my team to see what's being worked on. Great. Appreciate that, Ryan. Yeah. Okay. Next question, I'll bring Bella on the screen. We have attendees who want to print out their own schedule of the sessions they have added for the event, especially from those individuals that do not have app-compatible devices. Is this something coming in the future? Yeah. Really good question. We have a couple of different options that allow for attendees to take a look at things like their schedule. As always, just from a sustainability standpoint, and obviously from the perspective of someone that loves our technology, I would recommend trying to convince those users to utilize something like looking at their schedule on a computer, because even if they don't have access to the app itself, the computer and our event app experience does exist in that Attendee Hub format. Outside of that, we do have ways in which you could present sort of what we call the agenda in the Badge Designer. You can create an agenda for those attendees to receive via email and take a look at if you wanted to. There's a few other options that you could certainly tweak and change over time to make sure they get that information, mostly utilizing the email. I would take a look at those with your account team and see what works best for you. Great. Love the Badge Designer workaround. Okay, next, I'll pass it back to Jason for an Attendee Hub question. What is the best way to display table number assignments to attendees in Attendee Hub? Honestly, there isn't a good way right now. We've talked through trying to figure out, based on what we have now, how this would work. This is actually just something on our roadmap for this year. We're going to be directly supporting it, similar to like travel data works now, where you will be able to... The attendee will just log in and have a very clear place to look for their table assignments. No workarounds, no weird funky behavior, just an actual fully supported feature to work with table assignments. That is something we're gonna be starting in Q3. I don't have a timeline when it'll be done. We're hoping it's not a humongous project, but we're gonna be starting that in early Q3. Great. Thank you. Another question for you about Attendee Hub sessions. I like the new session filter UI, it still suffers from lack of persistence. We had over 270 sessions, the filters were critical for finding sessions, after clicking a session, it returns back to all sessions. Can the filters be saved? That's really good feedback, and honestly, I would expect the same. I would make sure you share this feedback, and I'll bring it back to. I know who the very particular person to talk to about this is. I would definitely share that with your Cvent account team as well and get that feedback sent because, yeah, that's a frustrating experience, I would agree. We should resolve that. That seems something fixable for us to do. Yeah, we'll definitely look into that. Thank you, Jason. All right, next question for Bella. Is there any update on the Media Library overhaul? Yes. I'm really excited about this. We did lots of exercises of trying to get information related to what people are looking for. As you can imagine, we had a lot already in the works in terms of things that were needed, things like folders within folders, searchability, alphabetizing, sortability, lots of really good stuff, and there is a team hard at work on defining what exactly it looks like to break that down into, sort of what we'll call short-term, medium-term, longer term, and making sure that we can get that out to you as quickly as possible. When we have a bit more concrete timelines, those will all be shared with you all, and certainly something to continue to keep your finger on the pulse of, whether in these sessions or with your account team directly. Great. Thank you for that insight. I'm gonna keep you on the screen for one more question. Are there any options for redirecting custom domains within Cvent, or would that have to happen on our side? Yeah. Mandy, great question, there's a couple different ways this question could be taken, so I'm gonna answer a couple different versions just in case. You could mean that you are looking to sort of host your events through a custom domain. That is absolutely something that Cvent has and does support and implements with you. Be sure to reach out to your account team to start that process if that's what you meant by that. If you are looking to do redirects in a different way, for example, you are looking to take people to a different place after they take some sort of action, that's not always recommended for a few different reasons, that would be something that your team would be responsible for taking care of. If you want to sort of adjust the flow of the way that Cvent interacts with your attendees, that would be something that your team would have to insert sort of code into to make happen. We do see people do it, but ultimately it's not a feature that we directly support the concept of taking people out of the system or disturbing the workflow in any way. The first one we do, the second one we've seen people do, but that is on you or your team to take care of. If there's anything that was in between there you have a question about, just let me know if I didn't clarify, but yeah. Thank you for your question. Great. Thanks, Bella, for that really in-depth answer. Appreciate that. All right. I'll bring Jason back on for a couple more Attendee Hub questions. To follow up on that Attendee Hub preview option, is there any plan to be able to send test links or to be able to download the app in test mode rather than just previewing in the browser on the back end? We don't have any plans for that. We had something kinda similar to that CrowdCompass, and we found that people really struggled with trying to preview it in the app itself, which is why we put all our effort on doing it in the browser, making it easier while you're in the planning stages of setting up that event and having it just be an option right there. I'd be curious to know any particularly, like, why, what the benefits you would see of that, because it would be good to know if that's worth the investment there, if you see any more particular benefits to doing that method. Makes sense. Okay. Another question for you: Will attendees be able to access their certificates via Attendee Hub rather than emails? I don't know if we have any plans for this. It makes sense. I see the case there. At the moment, I don't know of any near-term plans for that. Maybe our the other folks that work closer with certificates might know because we do often have teams who don't directly work on Attendee Hub, but kind of want to incorporate their features in. I don't know if anyone else here might know, here as in the group of PMs that we have here right now. Yeah, I'm not actually sure of anything. Please, yeah, just send that feedback up to your team to make sure we get that logged. Yeah. We'll make sure that we pass this feedback along to the team that works on our certificate side. Another Attendee Hub question about custom banners. When will we be able to create a custom banner on Attendee Hub homepage rather than just a circle logo with colored background? That is coming this year. We are actively working on this. We're gonna be adding banners to multiple places. It will kind of, in the app especially, will change how the top of the app looks, so that that banner will be front and center. It'll work similar to the ones that we currently have on the exhibitor pages, but it will come to the homepage and some other places in the app as well. We know the homepage is where people really want that. Yeah, that's coming soon. All right. Great. Looking forward to that. Next question is CrowdCompass to Attendee Hub. Are there any plans to add features to Attendee Hub that were available CrowdCompass? for example, the themes available are flat, the aesthetics of the app are subpar. I would like to be able to customize the fonts, the backgrounds of the homepage more. We do have a lot of theming, kind of updates coming this year. They're not gonna be kind of one for one of CrowdCompass did because what we're trying to do is create a kind of system that allows you to configure these things, and it applies it across the entire app versus you going in and having to do a bunch of customization on individual pages, which is a lot of time-consuming work. What we're trying to do is come up with something new where you have more customization options, but that allows you to kind of set it once, set this particular style, set this particular font, set this particular background, and then it kind of just cascades across the entire app. We are investigating fonts for the web, as far as fonts on the app itself, that is going to be something a lot more challenging for us. Just with anything in the app, there's a lot more restrictions based on the app stores that we have to comply with, so we can't do as much wild customization, options that we can do on the web. We have to make sure we stay in line there and still offer those customization options without risking us getting rejected from the powers that be. Great. I appreciate that. Okay. The next question might touch on a couple of different product managers, but I'm gonna start with Ryan just to talk a little bit more, but if anyone else wants to jump in, feel free. Is the virtual registration tool only good with Zoom? We use Webex. Ryan, I was hoping you could talk a little bit more about Webex, our capabilities there, and just the question in general. Yeah. I'm assuming virtual registration tool meaning that Cvent would be responsible for managing registration for a particular event. We do have an integration with WebEx as well, and other virtual platforms, right? We understand that Cvent oftentimes has a more flexible and complex registration when that's required. We also often have more customizable email communications than cadences that can be set up in a lot of the virtual tools out there. We have a lot of customers that use WebEx, Teams, Zoom, and other virtual platforms, and ultimately want to use Cvent for registration, and we can accommodate those. Many of them are sort of templatized so that, you know, it's very simple to get configured and set up. you know, if you have questions around maybe more, less common virtual solutions, certainly, you know, reach out to your account manager and see if we can work with those solutions. Great. Thanks, Ryan. Appreciate that. I'll always plug our own virtual tool, which is Attendee Hub, which you are in right now, but we understand having other tools in your organization as well, we're here to partner with those. I'll bring Jason back on screen for a couple more Attendee Hub questions. We kind of addressed this a little bit earlier, is there any plan to add a planner mobile data tag, specifically for email signatures, planner first, planner last, planner title that are all included? However, mobile phone is missing. This, it'd be great to add. I'm just gonna reread that again. This is more talking data tags themselves within emails versus in the Attendee Hub, I believe. I don't know if, Bella, you might know a little more about data tags than me, or you do know? Yeah. There are definitely event-level data tags that can be used already for things like this. I would encourage you to take a look at the event-level data tags specifically related to the planner, and the information associated to that because there are data tags in the emails already for these things. I'll take a look at mobile phone. Planner title. I do think those other ones are in there, so feel free to use those, and work with your team on what you'd like to see there. Great. Appreciate you jumping in there, Bella. Mm-hmm. Okay, so next question is Studio-related question. I'm gonna have Jason give his best- Mm-hmm. guess on this one. In Studio, when will we be able to blur their background or add a custom background? Yeah. I don't know much about the Studio roadmap. I like it. It's a fun tool when I get to use it for this. I actually don't have a lot of insight into what's going on in Studio land. Definitely reach out to the same channels as before. I'm sure someone can get you that question. Yeah. Thanks, Jason. I knew I put you a little bit on the spot there. It's okay. I appreciate it. I appreciate you thinking of me. We try to get as many product managers as we can here to address all kinds of questions. As many of you know, we have lots of different products and lots of different product managers. We will make note of that for next time. Back to another Attendee Hub question for Jason. When building the homepage of the mobile app, will we be able to rearrange the cards after they're built? Right now, you have to add the cards in the exact order you want them to be displayed, rather than building and rotating the order as it's built. This actually is a thing that is supported, so it might just be something that's hidden away in Attendee Hub, in the Attendee Hub builder that you haven't found. We actually do offer the full ability to reorder almost everything on the home screen, and you can even choose when you want those cards to appear, at a certain time, maybe at the beginning of the event versus the end of the event. There's a section where you go in to edit the homepage, and then there is a Schedule Cards option, and you can go in there and actually rearrange the order. It's not just scheduling, but it's also reordering them as well. Yeah, that's supported now. Great. Love to hear that. This is another question I'm gonna start with Jason, maybe Bella will jump in. Any chance you'll be adding the ability for attendees to add ad hoc custom sessions to their schedule in Attendee Hub, CrowdCompass? this would be for adding things like reminders to visit the exhibit hall, et cetera. I mean, The way that worked CrowdCompass, what you were actually creating, those were Appointments. For attendees to be able to do this now, you would need to utilize Appointments. And that would be able to be accomplished using that. If that was all you wanted it to use it for though, that might be a little much just because our Appointments tool is quite robust. I would definitely look into that just to see if Appointments has any other benefits for you in your event, 'cause you would be able to accomplish it that way. Great. Thank you. Definitely check out the Appointments tool. All right. Another Attendee Hub question: We don't want our attendees to see OnArrival scanned-in sessions on the event app agenda. Will this be an option? I'd like to know more about the use case here of why you would want them. There might be something we can do where you hide the session, but I would love to know more specifically of like why behind that, just so that if we have a solution in place, we can make sure that that is clear, because oftentimes this is purposeful and expected to work this way. I'd love to know more of why you'd want it to work differently. I'm sure you have a good reason, Kara. Yeah. Thanks, Kara, that might be a great opportunity to post in the idea section like we mentioned earlier and explain the use case and everything like that. Yeah. All right. Jason, I'm gonna see what you know here of appointments in the app. We've had a lot of feedback about users not knowing if appointments were being accepted, confirmed, declined. Will notification alerts be improved to prompt people to the appointment actions and responses? I believe we have notifications for this, but maybe not for those particular cases. I know we send notifications for when you have a new appointment that comes through. Yeah, that's some good feedback. I don't know if we have any direct plans for this. I know we're making some tweaks to how they appear in the app, so it can be more clear. As far as notifications for those, I don't think we have a plan. Yeah, again, please send that feedback up the channel, and we'll make sure we can put that along with all of our other feedback we get and consider it for a future enhancement. Yep. Thank you. Just for everyone's awareness, we don't actually have an Appointments product manager on the spot, so I really put Jason on the spot there. In the future, we can make note of the Appointments questions. All right. The next question, I, again, I'm not sure we have a product manager on the line here. I'm going to pass it over to Bella to give a shot, but we might have to take it along for another product manager as well. Are there any plans to update the Exhibitor Management profile field to allow more customization, similar to Flex? Yeah, that's a really good question for our Exhibitor Management team. I think that we can get for them to follow up with the answers related to that for you all in the Q&A. Okay. Thanks, Bella. That looks like our last question. Thanks everyone for joining. We will wrap up the Q&A. Just a couple last-minute housekeeping items. You're going to receive an email, likely today, with a link on how you can come back and watch this on demand. It will also contain a link to the thread in our community, where we're going to continue this conversation. When you get that email, feel free to jump in, type your questions, similar to Reddit, and people can chime in via the thread, and our product managers can answer the questions directly. One final reminder, please take our feedback survey. We'd love feedback on how we did today. We read this feedback closely and make decisions based off of it for next quarter. It's a great way to let us know if you'd like a demo on any of the products shown here today. You should be able to access it right from the Attendee Hub right now. Again, thanks so much, everyone. We can't wait to see you next quarter.
