Second Quarter 2021 Highlights • Total net revenues were RMB1,474.6 million , an increase of 11.5 % year over year . Aligning the revenue of Dada Now last - mile delivery services to a comparable basis , revenue growth would have been 81.3 % year over year¹ . • Total Gross Merchandise Volume ( " GMV " ) of JDDJ for the twelve months ended June 30 , 2021 was RMB32.3 billion , an increase of 76.7 % year over year from RMB18.3 billion in the same period ended June 30 , 2020 . • Number of active consumers for the twelve months ended June 30 , 2021 was 51.3 million , as compared with 32.3 million in the same period ended June 30 , 2020 .
