Included in net income for the prior year third quarter is a net tax benefit of $ 32.4 million ( $ 1.46 per share ) related to the Coronavirus Aid , Relief and Economic Security Act ( " CARES Act " ) . Also included in net income for the prior year third quarter is a pretax loss of $ 2.2 million ( $ 1.4 million after tax or $ 0.06 per share ) primarily related to the sale of a store property .
