Next company presenting will be Datavault AI. Ed Barger will be presenting for the company, who is VP of Investor Relations. Thank you. Sure. Set. Thank you, Tim. I appreciate that. Can everybody hear me? Sounds like we're on. We're good. Let's just start with this. If you don't mind, we're going to do a demonstration of our technology during the presentation. If you could grab your phones and scan that QR code. While you're doing that, again, thank you for being here. On the internal IR team for Datavault AI. I'm here today with our CFO and Chairman, Brett Moyer. I know some people were wait-listed, so we're over at table seven. If you didn't get a meeting, if you're looking for a meeting, feel free to stop by. Happy to help you out. NASDAQ-listed company. Our market cap's currently $400 million. We trade, believe it or not, about 50 million shares a day. After earnings, the day of earnings, we did about 120 million shares. Safe harbor. Today's presentation contains forward-looking statements subject to risks and uncertainties. Please refer to our SEC filings for a full discussion. If you're watching this on replay, hit pause, read this whole thing. That's our safe harbor, our forward-looking statements. Moving on to what the company does. Our mission statement, Datavault AI, what we're doing is we're transforming data into cash. We're unlocking the value of data. We take data, turn it into an asset, turn the asset into a token, turn the token into a tradable investment. We're building the quantum-ready, AI-driven, cutting-edge blockchain fintech infrastructure. The best way to really what our company is, we're three companies. Here's our three engines of growth. The core of our platform is the data monetization platform. We have the Data Vault, the DataScore, the DataValue. These are agentic AI being helped out by Watsonx, IBM, who's a platinum partner. We can turn data into an asset, take that asset, turn it into a token, and put that token onto our Information Data Exchange. This runs on the edge, the GPU fleet, via our Sanctum network, which we're currently building. On the tokenization side of things, these are quantum-resilient, encrypted tokens. These trade on our other exchanges. We have the Information Data Exchange is the data monetization platform. Over on the tokenization side, you have the International Elements Exchange, the International NIL Exchange, which is our Name, Image, and Likeness Exchange, the American Political Exchange. The one I'm forgetting here, the one that's not listed is the NYIAX. The NYIAX is the advertising exchange of NASDAQ, we purchased that outright. We're closing that in June. The two, data monetization and tokenization fall into our data sciences category, then we have the Acoustic Sciences company. The Acoustic Sciences is how this all started. Brett Moyer was the CEO of WiSA Technologies. WiSA Technologies in late 2024 purchased the Datavault AI IP, with that got the CEO, Nathaniel Bradley, and his 80-something patents. Just covering blockchain alone, just covering, I'm sorry, data sciences alone, there's 83 patents listed here, 35 in AI, 34 in decentralized blockchain, 37 in data ownership, 33 in crypto-anchors, that doesn't even include on the audio side. We're going to get back to the audio side in a few minutes. I just wanted to cover the basics, running through it real quick. Moving on to our financials. We gave guidance back in October of 2025. We provided target revenue for the year for 2025 and 2026. We delivered on that number for 2025. We very much expect to deliver on the number for this year. It's $200 million. We've already signed $97 million in licensing contracts for tokenization. These have to do with real-world assets. There's a copper mine, there's a gold mine. $97 million, we're halfway towards the $200 million. These are contracts that have yet to be recognized. This revenue was not recognized in Q1. Q1 was our best Q1 ever, 443% growth versus last year. $3.5 million in revenue in Q1 alone. 2024 was $3 million in revenue for the total business. In Q1 of 2026, we exceeded that just with the acoustic side of the business. There was no revenue from the data monetization side. The data monetization side, these exchanges launched this July, this is really just getting up and running. The revenue's kind of lumpy. We recognized $33 million in Q4. We expect $200 million this year. One of the key points of this slide here is that we secured $2 billion recently in a deal. We announced $2 billion secured. The way the Clarity Act is going to work, it's going to require assets on the balance sheet to tokenize everything. We're not here to raise money. I'm here to bring awareness to the company and to find long-term shareholders. $2,250,000,000 on the balance sheet. Right now, if you check your phones. You may not have received it. All right. You should be getting something right about now. Everybody get a press release? You did, right? You got press release? That's the press release surrounding the $2 billion deal that we just announced last week. The way I was able to deliver that to you is the ADIO technology from our Acoustic Sciences division. This is a revenue-producing segment of our business. It's the WiSA spatial audio technology along with the Datavault AI IP, which is DBHolo, visual holographic experiences, and ADIO. What you just saw is ADIO. This is cutting-edge, revolutionary spatial audio technology. Think of yourself in a stadium with 60,000 people. You're at the ballpark, you're at Citi Field. We can basically, through your e-ticket or through a QR code at the door, we can do what I just did there on a massive scale. We can do that for 60,000 people in attendance. Fourth inning rolls around, we can send, if let's say half the people opt in, 30,000 people all at once, we can say, "Hey, 20% coupon. Get to the merch store by the end of the fourth inning, 20% off." This is the future of audience engagement. It's not just a billboard in the stands that maybe draws attention. This is something that can be realized and tracked. We know how many people received the code. We know how many people took coupons to the service desk, right? That's what you just saw there was the ADIO technology. In addition to this IP, we bought API Media and CompuSystems, Inc. This will eventually get spun out. This is a very different business, obviously, for those of you who've been following along so far. We have a tokenization business over there, data monetization, tokenization on the data sciences side of our business, and then we have events and spatial audio technology. This is really how the company breaks down. Two separate segments, two very different things. We recently announced that the Acoustic Sciences division will be spun out. Ticker's going to be ADIO. The leader's already been determined. It was the CEO, David Reese, that we brought over when we bought API Media. Now we have the technology and we have the events to deploy the technology at. Going back, what I want to do for a few minutes is go to the other side of the equation and focus on the data sciences. It's a much bigger market. It's a more exciting thing. If you've heard of Data Vault before, a lot of the buzzwords you've heard about Data Vault are probably more on the data sciences piece of this, the data monetization, the tokenization. The question is. Everybody. There we go. All right. Sorry about that. This may work easier. What is the problem we're trying to solve? The problem is that companies have so much data and they don't know what to do with it. They have cybersecurity concerns. This is where we come in. We have our data refinery where we can index and categorize data assets. We have the Data Vault® where we structure these data assets real-time, valuation and visualization of the data, and DataScore. We can secure the data, tokenize the data, and monetize the data on our Information Data Exchange®. Again, just to reiterate, we index with the Data Vault®, we structure with DataScore, we tokenize with DataValue, and we monetize it on our Information Data Exchange®. These are agentic AI integrated with IBM Watsonx. Assets are digitalized, tokenized, managed on our exchanges. We've talked about the Information Data Exchange®. There's also the International Elements Exchange, the American Political Exchange, the NYIAX, and the NIL, the Name, Image, and Likeness Exchange. Just one example here, just taking the International Elements Exchange. What we've been doing, we've already tokenized close to $1 billion in real-world assets in copper mines and gold mines. From that, we expect close to $100 million in licensing fees to be recognized this year. It's what I brought up on the finance slide. The way it works is, simplest example, if an individual owns a piece of land and he's sure he has the assets in the ground, the geological surveys have been completed, but he doesn't have the money to pull the materials out of the ground. What we can do is tokenize a secure contract, a digital contract. We can tokenize a small percentage of those real-world assets. Hundreds of tokens worth small percentages. We can put them on the International Elements Exchange. The buyer of this token has the advantages that you get through tokenization. It's immutable, 24/7 service, low transaction cost, all the reasons that people are moving to blockchain, the reason that blockchain is growing in popularity. The Web 3.0 environment is appealing. The buyer of the token gets a discount to spot rate. The individual with the gold in the ground gets his picks and shovels. That's the simplest example I could provide. These are our five proprietary exchanges. We built four. We bought NYIAX. What NYIAX does is provides us with the NASDAQ IP surrounding the algorithmic buyer and seller matchup. NYIAX and NASDAQ are joint 50% owners of the NASDAQ IP. NASDAQ only wants that for stocks and bonds. We're going to use it for tokenization. Our exchanges with the NASDAQ IP, buyer-seller matching, and pricing discovery. These are our three core revenue streams from the data sciences side of things. Licensing and tokenization is where we currently sit. The guidance we gave for this year, most of the revenue that we recognized last year, the majority of this is coming from either licensing or tokenization services. Our nirvana is the exchange revenue. Going back to the NYIAX IP, this is matching buyers and sellers. We drive volume to the exchanges for the tokenizations on the five exchanges. It's actually nine. We have some partnerships for another four. That's where we're headed. The Data Vault QPN, this is our SanQtum network. It's a quantum-ready, edge-based computing infrastructure, secure low latency data processing. It allows for real-time data ingestion and valuation. This is the backbone for scaling data monetization. This is tens of thousands of GPUs scattered all across the country. We launched live in Philadelphia and New York. We are launching in 100 cities by the end of this year. These are not the large data centers that are being run out of certain states. These are three nodes on existing cell towers in over 100 cities in this country, also Puerto Rico and Ireland. This is tens of thousands of GPUs. We are blanketing the country in a data center, but it is not the noisy carbon footprint of the currently existing data centers. This is the backbone for our system. In addition to the SanQtum system, we are reshaping the future of fintech with our enterprise-grade ecosystem. Our billion-dollar partners support a full stack execution of our AI valuation and analytics. We have CLEAR for KYC. Fiserv is for settlement. I already mentioned the IBM Platinum partnership and Watsonx. The NYIAX we bought, so we get their IP and their exchange, and Houlihan Lokey for auditing and fiduciary compliance. We are chasing a few large markets here, the RWA tokenization being the largest. This is expected to be an $18 trillion market by 2030. There is already about $30 billion of real-world tokenized assets on exchanges today in every state. It is expected to be $60 billion by the end of next year and rising to $18 billion over the next couple years. You have the GENIUS Act, the Clarity Act. These things are paving the way for this process. This is, as Larry Fink said, everything is going to get tokenized. This is the future. This is the way the world is going, and we believe that we have the platform to create a generational opportunity here. The data monetization, $50 billion market by 2035, and then the spatial audio market is up there as well. Again, separate thing. That is the Acoustic Sciences division. That was the data sciences. Getting back to that real quick, just to explain, you have already seen the deployment of our audio technology. We can do that at the events that we own. API Media is ladies and gentlemen serving ladies and gentlemen type of events. We have the Kentucky Derby, the Masters, the PGA Championship. We were at Aronimink a few weeks ago in Pennsylvania. You can imagine that this company. This is a very different thing than tokenization. It is a great company with a lot of potential, but the type of investor who would be interested in this is not the same type of investor who would be interested in the tokenization business. Our CEO, the one with the IP, is going to focus on the data sciences piece, and David Reese, who came along with API Media, will be able to focus on the events and audio technologies that are being developed and are already out there in the market. Again, this is just covering. I said too much on the last slide. This is just a repeat of that. We are reshaping fintech. Why invest in Datavault AI IP? The revenue momentum. In Q1, we announced that we signed $750 million of tokenization contracts, resulting in $77 million in fees. We did not recognize any of that in Q1 because of the timing. It is just a revenue recognition timing. We do expect to recognize that in the next couple of quarters, and achieve our targeted revenue of $200 million for the year. Our exchanges launch this July. If you're looking for milestones, by the end of this July, the Information Data Exchange, the International Elements Exchange, and the NYIAX Exchange, we expect all those to launch this summer. You saw our patented IP moat. Over 83 patents. This isn't the first time our CEO has done this, by the way. Our CEO, Nathaniel Bradley, was the inventor of ADIO. If you're familiar with the company, it does still exist today. He founded the company. He was there from 2005 to 2015. Wrote all their patents, went off and joined Marathon Patent Group as the CTO, then started working on this project in 2018. You may have just heard of this because it just became a public company at the end of 2024. Nathaniel Bradley has been working on this project for going on at least a decade here. The balance sheet strength. We didn't really talk about this back on the finance side. I want to mention we're pretty strong on the balance sheet. I think I said we're not looking to raise any money. We have the $2 billion on the balance sheet. We do expect to have the $2 billion on the balance sheet by the end of Q3. Before then, we have $140 million in working capital. We had a $60 million private placement. We have $60 or $70 million in Bitcoin. We have the operational cash available to us, and the Sanctum network that I talked about that we're building this year in 100 cities, that's being funded through a non-dilutive deal with our partner, Xylex. They provided $120 million. Right now, in operating cash, we have about $250 million plus that $2 billion that we should have by the end of Q3. The dual division upside. You buy Data Vault today. The other company that gets spun out, that will be ADIO, A-D-I-O, and that will be a dividend spin-out. That's everything. I want to open it up to any questions. Any questions at all? When was Data Vault founded? Technically, Datavault AI was founded on December 31st, 2024. That's when WiSA bought the Datavault AI IP and got Nathaniel Bradley as the CEO with that process. Nathaniel's been working on this since 2017, 2018, 2019. He was a private company, and they just went public. WiSA was a small audio company and bought all this IP that made us into what we are today. Okay. I think you're talking pretty good revenue, and I said no one. How much is this ramp, I suppose, to just do anything? Is it mostly the last two years? The revenue from 2024 was just the audio company. It's really just WiSA. If you look back there, $3 million. That's WiSA. It's a spatial audio chip that's in TVs. The customers are Samsung and LG. That company, WiSA, bought all this IP and all of these products surrounding data monetization and tokenization, and also a couple of bank companies. What contributed to some of the revenue in 2025 was API Media and CSI Media. These were existing revenue-producing companies. We did $33.9 million in Q4. Some of that was from the addition of those bank companies, most of that was licensing of the tokenization. Okay. It was such a small room, I thought, because Yeah. All right. Where were we? I was saying, the revenue, this $200 million for this year, the vast majority of that, 85%, 90% of that is from tokenization contracts for the data sciences division. These are exchanges that haven't been launched yet. The recurring revenue of that side of the business is more of a Q4 2027 type of event. We've already signed these contracts. They've been inked. As of June, we were halfway to our target of $200 million in terms of contracts signed. These things are coming in every day. If you follow us at all, it's tough to follow the news sometimes. There's so much that we're talking about on a daily basis, I was hoping to use this presentation to clarify the two businesses. The audio business with the spatial technology and the event companies, then the data sciences, the data monetization, the tokenization, Web 3.0, blockchain, that whole deal. Two separate things. Right now, it's all combined. The audio company will be spun out at some point, it's down the road. Yeah. Anything else? Yes. Data vault association with creating the non-security affecting them. We're well-positioned for it because we've been building. When we go back to our partner slide, what is clear here is that we've been building this infrastructure for some time. We've been an IBM Platinum Partner for a long time. CLEAR, Fiserv, NYIAX, Houlihan Lokey. We've been aware. Our CEO, his father was a senator in Arizona. He is an inventor with, I don't know, hundreds of patents under his belt, multiple public companies he's already founded and went on to be very successful. We're very aware of the GENIUS Act and Clarity Act and what they entail and what we need to do to be compliant with them. Clarity Act is mostly. Yes. Act of IBM. What is. Are you. IBM's partnership mean? I understand that is how it can be. Our agentic AI is bolstered by Watsonx through the IBM Platinum Partnership. We have people working with IBM. IBM is working with us. They've been a partner for about a year. The DataValue, DataScore, the data monetization platform is the agentic AI that's in there and learning how to value and score data is bolstered by Watsonx and IBM. There's Data Vault, the Web 3.0, so to speak, bank account that you have been showing while you were at the picture there. The exchange is, how does that transfer with IBM to that DataValue? It's the token exchange. How does IBM Clarity work with? I'm so sorry. Yeah. How does that vision work from the Data Vault to the exchange? Well, from the Data Vault to the exchange, are you referring to the funding that would be? Data Vault, that was one of your assets, tokenizing it, put it on the exchange. Sure. What our agentic AI does is it can go into somebody's data. It's an in only. Can't pull data out. We go in, we can score that data, we can value that data. Now you have an asset that you didn't have before. If you wanted to then tokenize that asset and put it on an exchange, we can tell you that your data is worth $100,000 a month. You can then create a token, a smart contract, and put it on the IDE. That would be writing your smart contract for you. Houlihan Lokey. Houlihan? I believe so. That's the smart contract. That smart contract with the token, how does the token interact with smart rules or obligations? Yeah one that wants to buy that token on the exchange? Is there a view into the smart contract before you buy it? Can you see a little screen that gives you the- Yeah. Token is a wrapper, and the wrapper of the digital asset is a smart contract. We're just bypassing the textbook of legal documents. We're sticking all this on the blockchain. It's very transparent, it's immutable. There's no transaction fees. There are some transaction fees. Of course, that's how we make our money. I just mean there's lower transaction fees. One of the things that I mentioned earlier is the NYIAX gives us access to the Nasdaq algorithmic IP that matches up buyers and sellers. So- Yeah. That's the next one. Right. That's smart contract. I want to make sure if I'm going to trade it, that it's clearable or where does Fiserv serve doing? Settlement transactions. I'll be at table seven. I'm getting the wrap-up sign right behind you there.
