Flyme OS Flyme OS is a mature mobile operating system built on more than 15 years of continuous R&D iteration and mass-market deployment experience with proven scalable commercial traction and mature industrialization capacity. Flyme Auto OS already deployed by ECARX in over 2 million vehicles • Roadmap control: Flyme Auto sits as the application and interaction layer above ECARX's Cloudpeak middleware. Owning it means ECARX no longer coordinates its cockpit roadmap with third parties, which shortens integration timelines for automakers and accelerates time to market. • Stregntehning software revenue: Flyme generates revenue today from software licensing, custom development work, and intelligent cockpit system delivery. Flyme full- stack OS positions ECARX to capture a significantly larger share of this long-term growth opportunity with a proprietary, end-to-end software architecture. • Interoperability: The platform delivers seamless cross-device interconnection between vehicles, smartphones and wearables, with native in-car AI functionality and native compatibility across ecosystems, including Flyme Auto in China and Google Built-In. Strengthening competitive advantage with end-to-end software architecture

Adjusted EBITDA is defined as net loss excluding interest income, interest expense, income tax expenses, depreciation of property and equipment, amortization of intangible assets, and share-based compensation expenses. Adjusted EBITDA should not be considered in isolation or construed as alternatives to net loss or any other measures of performance or as indicators of our operating performance. Investors are encouraged to compare our historical adjusted EBITDA to the most directly comparable GAAP measure, net loss. Adjusted EBITDA presented here may not be comparable to similarly titled measures presented by other companies. Other companies may calculate similarly titled measures differently, limiting their usefulness as comparative measures to our data. We encourage investors and others to review our financial information in its entirety and not rely on a single financial measure.
