It's my pleasure to welcome you here today for this meeting and introduce Mr. Chen, our Chairman of the Board. Thank you, Jay, welcome everyone. It's now 9:00 A.M., June 12th, 2026, our virtual annual meeting is officially called to order. I'd like to begin by introducing the other members present today. It is my pleasure to introduce Energy Focus Senior Vice President, Randy Gianas. I'd like to introduce Randy Gianas, who will serve as the meeting secretary and handle any procedural matters. Thank you. Joining us today is Mike Purcell from GBQ Partners LLC, our independent registered public accounting firm. He will be available during the Q&A session to address appropriate questions. Also assisting us is Peder Hagberg of CT Hagberg & Associates, LLC, who will serve as Inspector of Election. He is present today and has taken the oath of office earlier. After the formal meeting has been adjourned, we will provide time for general questions. Only validated shareholders may ask questions in the designated field on the web portal. The Board of Directors set April 15, 2026, as the record date for shareholders entitled to vote at this meeting. Notice and proxy materials were sent or made available to all shareholders as of that date, an affidavit to that effect will be included in the meeting minutes. As of the record date, there were 6,317,298 shares of votes outstanding eligible to vote. According to the Inspector of Election, 3,883,723 votes, or approximately 61.47% of voting power, are represented in person or by proxy. Accordingly, a quorum is present for conducting business. It is now 9:02 A.M. on June 12, 2026, the polls are open. Shareholders who have not yet voted or wish to change their votes may do so by clicking the voting button on the web portal and following the instructions. If you already voted by proxy, phone, or internet and do not wish to make changes, no further action is required. Before we close the polls, I would like to ask Mr. Peder Hagberg, the Inspector of Election, to provide a preliminary report on whether a quorum is present at this adjourned annual meeting and whether the proposed votes have passed. Thank you. According to my preliminary report as the Inspector of Election, there is a quorum present at this adjourned annual meeting, all of the proposals have been approved. As of 9:03 A.M. on June 12, 2026, the polls are now closed with respect to all proposals set forth in the company's proxy statement. The first order of business is the election of directors, which is Proposal 1 in our proxy statement. Randy, have the results been tabulated? Yes, Chairman. Kin-Fu Chen, Jay Chiao Chieh Huang, Wen-Jeng Chang, Shou-Jang Lee, Chao-Jen Huang, Wen-Cheng Chen, and Sophia Ann Shee have been elected as directors of the company. Thank you, Randy. The second order of business is the ratification of the appointment of GBQ Partners LLC as the company's independent registered public accounting firm for the year ending December 31st, 2026. At this time, are there any other matters to come before this annual meeting prior to its adjournment? As there are no other matters to be brought before this annual meeting, this concludes the formal business portion of the meeting. I now declare the meeting adjourned. We have been informed by the Inspector of Election that the preliminary vote results indicate the board nominees have been duly elected. Proposal 2 has been approved, and the frequency of future advisory votes on compensation of our named executive officers has been approved by advisory vote. Over the past year, Energy Focus, we've taken a steady step towards restructuring and recovering despite ongoing macroeconomic challenge. We remained focused on improving our operational efficiency and product competitiveness, resulting in a significant reduction in the net loss. This progress reflects positive shift into company overall financial health. Our core product line, still mainly in the military and commercial lighting, continue to demonstrate our technology strength, and particularly within military marine sector, where our long-term presence as a LED, a solid foundation in response to the growing demand for the energy transition and critical infrastructure resilience. We have also been actively expanding into energy storage system, and in portable power supply. That's the UPS market. This initiative align with both long-term industry trend and our mission to deliver energy-efficient and sustainable solutions. From the policy standpoint, recent U.S. federal budget proposed indicate increased spending in the area of defense and homeland security. This development present a potential opportunity for company like us, whose technology intersect with the nation priorities. While we remain in the early stage, we are beginning our participating in the relevant market research efforts by the government agency. This early engagement allow us a better understanding potential requirement, demonstrate our capability, and position ourselves for the future procurement opportunity. Looking ahead, we will continue advance with product and strategy approach, meaning strengthening our core business, expanding emerging application, and building a long-term resilience, both in financially and operationally. The trust and support of our shareholders have always been driving force behind our progress, and we are looking forward to achieve new milestone together in the year to come.
