Adjusted net income was $ 7.03 * per share . Operating revenue grew by 14.1 % over the prior quarter to $ 33.3 billion , or 15.8 % adjusted for the repeal of the health insurance tax . Medical enrollment increased by 1.9 million members year over year and 820 thousand members in the second quarter to 44.3 million members . Third quarter 2021 dividend of $ 1.13 per share declared to shareholders . Raising full year adjusted net income outlook from greater than $ 25.10 * per share to greater than $ 25.50 * per share .
