Financial results for the quarter ended September 30 , 2021 Net loss attributable to common shareholders was $ 4.8 million , or $ 0.04 per diluted share , for the quarter ended September 30 , 2021. This compares to net loss attributable to common shareholders of $ 1.6 million , or $ 0.01 per diluted share , for the quarter ended September 30 , 2020. The decline in net income was primarily due to a decrease in lease termination income . ● Funds from Operations , or FFO , as defined by the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts , for the quarter ended September 30 , 2021 , were ( $ 0.3 ) million , or ( $ 0.00 ) per diluted share .
