Net revenues remained stable; the increase in net income from the previous quarter was driven primarily by reductions in the provision for credit losses and non-interest expense, partially offset by lower fair value gains. Mortgage Acquisitions Enabled the financing of ~401,000 home purchases, refinances, and rental units in 3Q 2025 $109 billion in liquidity provided to mortgage market. First-time homebuyers accounted for approximately half ofour single-family purchase mortgages.
