" GAAP financial results for the third quarter of 2021 compared to the third quarter of 2020 : • Total operating revenues on a generally accepted accounting principles ( GAAP ) basis were $ 339.5 million for the third quarter of 2021 , up from $ 291.1 million for the third quarter of 2020 , representing a year - over - year increase of 17 % . • GAAP net income was $ 7.3 million for the third quarter of 2021 , compared to a $ 3.0 million net loss for the third quarter of 2020 . • GAAP diluted earnings per common share was $ 0.13 for the third quarter of 2021 , compared to a $ 0.06 diluted loss per share for the third quarter of 2020 .
