Welcome to the special meeting of stockholders of GPGI, Inc.. My name is David Cote. I serve as the Executive Chair of the company's board of directors. I'm pleased to call to order GPGI's special meeting. Information regarding the agenda, rules, conduct, and technical support for the meeting can be found on your screen. Present at the meeting today are the company's Principal Executive Officer, Principal Financial Officer, Chief Legal Counsel and Corporate Secretaries, and members of our board. The meeting is being held pursuant to the notice and proxy statement dated April 20, 2026, as supplemented, provided to stockholders of record as of the close of business on April 16th, 2026. The list of the stockholders as of the record date has been made available for examination by stockholders for any purpose germane to the meeting for at least 10 days prior to the meeting. The list is also available to stockholders during the meeting and can be accessed on the website used to access this meeting. The Inspector of Elections has confirmed that greater than a majority of total shares of GPGI's Class A common stock held by stockholders are now present at the meeting, either in person or by proxy. I declare that we have a quorum, and I now formally convene the meeting for purposes of transacting business properly brought before it. There is one proposal to be presented at this meeting. The proposal is to approve the reincorporation of the company from the state of Delaware to the state of Nevada by conversion, and to adopt the resolutions of the company's board, approving the reincorporation of the company from the state of Delaware to the state of Nevada. The proposal and the board's corresponding vote recommendation are described in detail in our proxy statement as supplemented. The polls are now open for voting on the proposals. Voting today is by proxy and electronic ballot. Stockholders who have submitted proxies or who have previously voted do not need to take any further action. Any stockholder who has not voted may do so now by clicking on the voting button on your screen and following the instructions provided. Thank you. We have allowed for any additional voting to take place and now declare the polls closed. The preliminary voting results have been tabulated, and I am pleased to report that the proposal to approve the reincorporation of the company from the state of Delaware to the state of Nevada by conversion, and the accompanying board resolutions, has been approved by the requisite number of votes required. These voting results are preliminary. The final voting results will be reported on a Form 8-K to be filed within four business days. That concludes GPGI's special meeting. Thank you.
