We are glad you are here today and are part of the Hyperfine story. Many of the folks in this meeting are the reason behind the progress we have made thus far and will be responsible for helping us fulfill our mission. Also present today are representatives of our independent registered public accounting firm, Grant Thornton LLP, and representatives of our outside legal counsel, Mintz. Thank you, Maria. Brett Hale will serve as Secretary of the meeting. Nancy Hoffman, a representative of Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc., is in attendance as the Inspector of the Election for this meeting. I will now turn the formal part of the meeting over to Maria. Thank you, Dan. A link to the agenda for this meeting is displayed on the lower right corner of the screen. This meeting is held pursuant to a printed notice mailed on or about April 9th, 2026, to each stockholder of record on March 25th, 2026. Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc. has delivered an affidavit as to the mailing and distribution of the notices for this meeting. As the majority voting power of our common stock issued and outstanding and entitled to vote at this meeting is present or represented by proxy at the meeting, I declare a quorum present. On behalf of the board, I would like to express my appreciation to all stockholders who returned their proxies. The first matter to be acted upon by the stockholders is the election of five directors: Daniel Wolterman, John Dahldorf, Ruth Fattori, Jonathan Rothberg, and myself, Maria Sainz, each of whom has been duly nominated to serve until the annual meeting of stockholders to be held in 2027 and until their respective successors have been elected and qualified. The company has not received timely notice of any other nominations. Therefore, I declare the nominations closed. If there are any questions pertaining to this proposal, please submit those online now. If you have not voted or wish to change your vote, you may do so now by clicking on the link provided online. After voting has been completed on all matters on the agenda, the votes will be counted. The next matter submitted to our stockholders for action is the ratification of the appointment of Grant Thornton LLP as Hyperfine's independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31st, 2026. We have completed a preliminary count of the votes, and the requisite number of shares have been voted for each of the five nominees for director named in the proxy statement for election for terms expiring on the date of the annual meeting to be held in 2027. In addition, the requisite number of shares have been voted for the ratification of the appointment of Grant Thornton LLP as our independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ended December 31st, 2026. After the final tabulation has been completed, it shall be placed with the minutes of this meeting and will be filed on Form 8-K with the SEC within four business days. Thank you.
