Third Quarter 2021 Financial Summary ( Comparisons versus Third Quarter 2020 ) • Net revenue was $ 102.6 million as compared to $ 123.2 million . • Gross margin was 19.8 % as compared to 22.3 % . Ⓒ Operating expenses as a percent of net revenue were 23.9 % as compared to 17.4 % . • Operating loss was $ 4.2 million as compared to operating income of $ 6.0 million . • Net loss was $ 3.3 million as compared to net income of $ 4.8 million . • Adjusted EBITDA was negative $ 0.1 million compared to positive $ 8.2 million .
