( NASDAQ : INOD ) today reported results for the third quarter ended September 30 , 2021 . Revenue for the quarter ended September 30 , 2021 was $ 17.5 million , up 20 % year - over - year . Net loss for the quarter ended September 30 , 2021 was $ 0.8 million , or $ 0.03 per basic and diluted share , compared to a net income of $ 0.2 million , or $ 0.01 per basic and diluted share , in the same period last year . Revenue for the nine months ended September 30 , 2021 was $ 50.5 million , up 18 % year - over - year . Net loss for the first nine months of 2021 was $ 0.5 million , or $ 0.02 per basic and diluted share , compared to a net loss of $ 0.6 million , or $ 0.02 per basic and diluted share , in the same period last year .
