Record net income attributable to Korn Ferry and record diluted earnings per share of $ 74.8 million and $ 1.37 in Q1 FY'22 , respectively . Declared a quarterly dividend of $ 0.12 per share on September 7 , 2021 , which is payable on October 15 , 2021 to stockholders of record on September 23 , 2021 .
