( Nasdaq : KTOS ) , a leading National Security Solutions provider , today reported its third quarter 2021 financial results . For the third quarter of 2021 , Kratos reported Revenues of $ 200.6 million , Operating Income of $ 10.5 million , Net Loss of $ 2.4 million and Adjusted EBITDA of $ 23.8 million . Included in Net Loss is a tax provision of $ 5.7 million on Income before taxes of $ 4.6 million , primarily reflecting the non - deductibility of certain non - cash stock compensation expense . Kratos reported third quarter 2021 Net Loss of $ 2.4 million , and GAAP EPS loss of $ 0.02 , compared to Net Income of $ 2.4 million and GAAP EPS income of $ 0.02 for the third quarter of 2020. Adjusted EPS was $ 0.09 for the third quarter of 2021 compared to $ 0.09 for the third quarter of 2020. The Company has approximately $ 280 million of net operating loss carryforwards , which are expected to substantially shield Kratos from paying future cash income taxes .
