( NYSE : LPG ) ( the “ Company , ” “ Dorian LPG , ” “ we , ” and “ our ” ) , a leading owner and operator of modern very large gas carriers ( " VLGCS " ) , today reported its financial results for the three months ended June 30 , 2021 . Key Recent Developments Announced that our Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $ 1.00 per share of the Company's common stock . The dividend is payable on or about September 8 , 2021 to all shareholders of record as of the close of business on August 9 , 2021 . ■ Classified the debt - free Captain Markos NL as vessel held - for - sale . Highlights for the First Quarter Fiscal Year 2022 ■ ■ Revenues of $ 63.0 million and Time Charter Equivalent ( " TCE ” ) ( ¹ ) rate for our fleet of $ 31,571 for the three months ended June 30 , 2021 , compared to revenues of $ 73.2 million and TCE rate for our fleet of $ 41,249 for the three months ended June 30 , 2020 . Net income of $ 5.9 million , or $ 0.14 earnings per diluted share ( " EPS " ) , and adjusted net income ( ¹ ) of $ 5.4 million , or $ 0.13 adjusted earnings per diluted share ( " adjusted EPS " ) , ( ¹ ) for the three months ended June 30 , 2021 . ■ Adjusted EBITDA ( ¹ ) of $ 29.8 million for the three months ended June 30 , 2021 .
