Financial Highlights for the Third Quarter of Fiscal Year 2021 • Revenue in the third quarter of fiscal year 2021 wasRMB2,229.4 million ( US $ 340.3 million ) , within the Company's guidance range of RMB2,200 million and RMB2,400 million , representing an increase of 36.5 % from the same period of the prior fiscal year and a decrease of 3.0 % from the previous quarter . • Gross profit in the third quarter of fiscal year 2021 wasRMB626.5 million ( US $ 95.6 million ) , representing an increase of 18.5 % from the same period of the prior fiscal year and a decrease of 2.5 % from the previous quarter . • Operating profit in the third quarter of fiscal year 2021 wasRMB161.1 million ( US $ 24.6 million ) , representing an increase of 304.4 % from the same period of the prior fiscal year and an increase of 196.6 % from the previous quarter . • Profit from continuing operations in the third quarter of fiscal year 2021 wasRMB115.0 million ( US $ 17.5 million ) , compared to a profit of RMB170.2 million in the same period of the prior fiscal year and a profit oⓇMB20.8 million in the previous quarter . • Adjusted net profit [ 1 ] in the third quarter of fiscal year 2021 wasRMB149.0 million ( US $ 22.7 million ) , representing an increase of 9.5 % from the same period of the prior fiscal year and an increase of 77.4 % from the previous quarter .
