| 4 SCALEABLE ENERGY STORAGE FOR RESILIENT POWER NeoVolta delivers integrated energy storage solutions that enable homeowners, businesses, and utilities to optimize energy use, reduce grid dependence, and build resilience against outages, peak demands, and rising costs. From Homes to Utility-Scale With our new U.S. manufacturing JV , we are scaling from residential systems to high-margin commercial, industrial, and utility-scale BESS – unlocking broader markets and greater value.
Page 5
| 5 WHY ENERGY STORAGE MATTERS Backup Power When You Need it Most Power outages are on the rise and the need for effective backup power across residential and commercial uses is great. Cost Savings to Homeowners & Businesses Peak energy costs are high. With energy storage you can preserve the energy and use it during peak hours to offset the costs. Reclaiming Energy Independence Dependency on the grid has its downsides. Grids are overburdened, more pressure is placed on the environment, and you’re vulnerable to outages. Optimization of Solar Power Usage Solar overproduction can be overcome with storage of solar energy for later use. This creates less waste and allows for the excess harvested energy to be kept on site rather than sent off.

| 6 THE ENERGY DILEMMA US Electric Grid at a Breaking Point Report Card The American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) gave the energy sector a D+ grade in its 2025 Infrastructure Report Card. The grid is aging, demand is growing. Investment Need Experts call for over $250 billion in upgrades through 2035 to maintain reliability and support clean energy transition. 20%-40% Increase in electricity demand by 2035 Electric Vehicles (EVs) Projected to represent 20% - 30% of all vehicles by 2030. Data Centers Energy-intensive server farms are projected to double electricity use by 2030. Electrified Manufacturing Processes are expected to raise industrial electricity consumption by 25% - 40% over the next decade.
