May 5 , 2021 NMF NEW MOUNTAIN FINANCE CORPORATION New Mountain Finance Corporation Announces Financial Results for the Quarter Ended March 31 , 2021 NEW YORK -- ( BUSINESS WIRE ) -- New Mountain Finance Corporation ( NASDAQ : NMFC ) ( the " Company " , " we " , " us " or " our " ) today announced its financial results for the quarter ended March 31 , 2021 and reported first quarter net investment income of $ 0.30 per weighted average share and adjusted net investment income 1 of $ 0.30 per weighted average share . At March 31 , 2021 , net asset value ( " NAV " ) per share was $ 12.85 , compared to $ 12.62 at December 31 , 2020. The Company also announced that its board of directors declared a second quarter distribution of $ 0.30 per share , which will be payable on June 30 , 2021 to holders of record as of June 16 , 2021.
