For the third quarter ended September 30 , 2021 , the Company reported revenue of $ 113.9 million , an increase of 10.8 % compared to $ 102.8 million reported for the third quarter of 2020. GAAP gross margin was 59.5 % during the third quarter of 2021 compared to 46.2 % in the third quarter of 2020. GAAP net income was $ 5.6 million , or $ 0.16 earnings per diluted share , compared with GAAP net loss of $ 9.3 million , or $ 0.28 loss per share in the third quarter of 2020 . Non - GAAP gross margin was 61.0 % in the third quarter of 2021 compared to 56.2 % reported for the third quarter of 2020. Non - GAAP earnings per diluted share was $ 0.28 for the third quarter of 2021 , compared to $ 0.09 in the third quarter of 2020. Non - GAAP net income was $ 9.3 million in the third quarter of 2021 compared to $ 3.2 million in the third quarter of 2020 .
