( Nasdaq : NUAI ) ( " New Era " or the " Company " ) , a developer of next - generation digital infrastructure and integrated power assets , today announced the filing of its Quarterly Report on Form 10 - Q for the quarter ended June 30 , 2026 , and confirmed that construction permits for Texas Critical Data Centers LLC ( " TCDC " ) are now in hand . Second quarter reported results largely reflect the Company's legacy helium and natural gas assets , which management continues to evaluate for potential monetization or exit .
