GAAP Results Total revenues for the first quarter of 2021 were $ 251.8 million , up $ 22.2 million , or 9.6 % , from the first quarter of 2020 . First quarter 2021 GAAP net income was $ 14.1 million , or $ 0.30 per diluted share . This compares to GAAP net income of $ 11.3 million , or $ 0.26 per diluted share , for the first quarter of 2020 .
