Ooma Ooma Reports First Quarter Fiscal Year 2022 Financial Results May 26 , 2021 SUNNYVALE , Calif .-- ( BUSINESS WIRE ) -- Ooma , Inc. ( NYSE : OOMA ) , a smart communications platform for businesses and consumers , today released financial results for the fiscal first quarter ended April 30 , 2021 . First Quarter Fiscal 2022 Financial Highlights : • Revenue : Total revenue was $ 45.6 million , up 13 % year - over - year . Subscription and services revenue increased to $ 42.0 million from $ 37.6 million in the first quarter of fiscal 2021 and was 92 % of total revenue , primarily driven by the growth of Ooma Business . • Net Income / Loss : GAAP net loss was $ 0.9 million , or $ 0.04 per basic and diluted share , compared to GAAP net loss of $ 1.1 million , or $ 0.05 per basic and diluted share , in the first quarter of fiscal 2021. Non - GAAP net income was $ 2.8 million , or $ 0.11 per diluted share , compared to non - GAAP net income of $ 2.4 million , or $ 0.11 per diluted share in the prior year period . • Adjusted EBITDA : Adjusted EBITDA was $ 3.5 million , compared to $ 3.0 million in the first quarter of fiscal 2021 .
