( NYSE : OOMA ) , a smart communications platform for businesses and consumers , today released financial results for the fiscal second quarter ended July 31 , 2021 . Second Quarter Fiscal 2022 Financial Highlights : • Revenue : Total revenue was $ 47.1 million , up 14 % year - over - year . Subscription and services revenue increased to $ 43.5 million from $ 38.5 million in the second quarter of fiscal 2021 , and was 93 % of total revenue , primarily driven by the growth of Ooma Business . • Net Income / Loss : GAAP net loss was $ 0.4 million , or $ 0.02 per basic and diluted share , compared to GAAP net loss of $ 0.4 million , or $ 0.02 per basic and diluted share , in the second quarter of fiscal 2021. Non - GAAP net income was $ 3.3 million , or $ 0.13 per diluted share , compared to non - GAAP net income of $ 3.1 million , or $ 0.13 per diluted share in the prior year period . • Adjusted EBITDA : Adjusted EBITDA was $ 4.1 million , compared to $ 3.7 million in the second quarter of fiscal 2021 .
