Hi everyone, my name is Darren. I am the founder and CEO for the company OwlTing Group. Before I start, I want to give you a very brief description of the company's vision and the future. At OwlTing, we are operating as the OwlPay branding. We are building the future of the financial infrastructure between the fiat world and the stablecoin. The purpose for the company is to make every transaction, particularly using stablecoin and blockchain technology, cheaper and faster than before. This is the overall big vision for the company. Let me start to introduce the company's technology right now. There's three very important strategy vision and value for the company. The first one is, from the first day, we started to apply for the global license from United States to Asia countries like Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, and then to Europe. Going forward, we are going to keep expanding the regulation moat to make every transaction and the money movement regulated in different corridors. The second one is, we are a technology company, so we have about 100 engineers that's dedicating to build a future of the technology in fintech, particularly using stablecoin, blockchain, and the latest technology. Third one is, we also understand the importance for the agentic commerce in the future. Starting, I think around February to March this year, we have allocated a big portion of the engineering force to dedicate on the agentic commerce particular payment in the future. The product like Agent World, like Agent Checkout, it's all will be very important in the AI era. Let me keep going. Just like people understanding the AI architecture, like Jensen Huang from Nvidia, he say AI has five layers of the architecture. Does the payment. I think the first important element is the payment network. The company has integrated different various settlement method. For example, we are using the latest technology from Visa Direct, so people can send the money to over 100 countries' bank account or debit card using Visa Direct settlement rail. The second one is we are also integrating with Circle Payments Network. As people understanding Circle as a company, they are one of the largest stablecoin issuer in United States. and globally. Going forward, they are also building another settlement layer like SWIFT, but they want to use the blockchain to solve the settlement issues in different countries. We also integrating the Circle Payments Network, trying to move the stablecoin movement as faster and then as cheap as possible. Third layer is we also integrated our own blockchain network with different financial partner in different corridors. For example, we are working with Nium from Singapore to put a fiat route as part of the settlement route. Going forward, we are also to launch all different countries, particularly in Asia, from Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, China, India, Middle East. Our goal is very simple, trying to bridge the gap for the stablecoin and then the local currencies. Besides the payment network, the other element is very important, is blockchain. We have integrated nine blockchain networks from the famous one from Ethereum, Stellar to Solana and other blockchain networks. We don't want to limit ourself as a single blockchain settlement company. Instead, we want to facilitate the stablecoin, for example, USDC on Ethereum. They can settle and bridge into different blockchain network like Stellar. People doesn't really need to understand the technology behind this global settlement. Instead, they can just send the money easily through their agentic layer or the app. Third one is also very important is we also have an individual product- line that's bridging between the traditional fiat. Let me give you an example. When you are pulling the money from your bank account You want to send the money from United States to a friend in Japan, but the Japanese friend is receiving the money with stablecoin. You need a new compliance system that can scan the money transfer between United States bank account to the other party's wallet address. This is also very important to build a global settlement layer. All those different technology is very complicated, and including our license globally. We are offering one single API. You can use one API to integrate it to our global settlement network. Let's say if you are running a wallet startup, if you are running like a prediction market, if you are running like a RWA, you can all integrate our solution, and then everything will become very easy for you to immediately become a global stablecoin payment company. I think that's the goal for the company and technology behind that. Yeah. This is the flagship product for our stablecoin engine. We call it OwlPay Harbor. Why we named the product as the Harbor? I think the concept for Harbor is you can imagine all the different cargo, the ship will go through the harbor exchanging their cargo in different countries. We use the concept to build a product, like the stablecoin can go in, go out to the Harbor, and they don't need to worry about how to exchange the cargo. We make everything as easy as possible. Here's an example. If you are sending money from United States to India, for example, and we will source the money from your bank account or your wallet, and then the second step is we are going to run an anti-money laundering and KYC to ensure that both of the sender and recipient are compliant with the local regulation. Third one is, because we have integrated with different payment network, and they are all not using the traditional SWIFT. We'll give you the cheapest route for you to choose. For example, in India, we have the Circle Payments Network live. In this case, probably the user will choose number A, Circle Payments Network, to settle the money in the India rupee. I think within 5-10 minutes, the money will be settled in recipient's bank account or wallet address. Unlike the traditional crypto exchange, every money movement and transaction is fitting into the local and global regulation, including the Travel Rule. I think this is the biggest value for the company. We are not just building a product from Unites State, but we are building a product that's fitting the global regulation and scale. Here's one of the example of how do we route in different money using different settlement protocol. Number one, using Circle Payments Network. Sender's wallet to the blockchain, Circle will settle the money with the local BFI and receive the money within the bank account. Second is Visa Direct, because Visa is one of the largest money network in the world. We can basically using Visa Direct to send the money to over 100 countries in the future. The most important value for the Visa integration is we can simply get using every Visa card or Mastercard in the United States. As long as you having the Visa debit card or Mastercard debit card, you can pull out the money from your debit card and switch the money from U.S. dollar to USDC, and then using Visa Direct network to settle the money in bank account or card in over 100 countries. Still, there's also a large gap between, for instance, Visa Direct and Circle Payments Network. There's a lot of country that haven't been covered by those two method. We are also building our own network in India, in Japan, Hong Kong, China, Middle East. We want to enable the money movement as easy and to cover as many corridors as possible. Yeah. Right now we have covered over 100 countries by building our own settlement network using blockchain. Fourth one is for people who doesn't really trust the blockchain technology, we also provide the fiat bank partner route. You can choosing the transaction is purely from fiat to fiat. There's basically four different settlement route for the company. As I mentioned before, we want to be a very open platform that unify the global stablecoin movement. We don't want to limit ourself as just USDC, USDT, but we imagine in the future, there will be a lot of large bank that issue their own stablecoin. There's a missing one company that's becoming the hub or harbor to exchange different stablecoin. We want to become the center of the future exchange for different stablecoin. For example, we have finished the integration with Visa Direct. We can use either Visa card or Master debit card to pull out the money from your bank account. The money will go to whatever stablecoin you want to choose, and then settle to the recipient's bank account or wallet address in different corridors. That's basically a very complicated and comprehensive money movement process. We have make it very easy for everyone to settle the money from your bank account to other people's wallet address. Comparing to the traditional banking route, it's actually much faster than this banking. I think the shortest time, for example, we did a couple testing from U.S. to Africa. The average settlement time is about six minutes. I think this is actually the beauty of the blockchain technology and the stablecoin. You will make the money movement as easy as possible. Yeah. The next frontier is also very important. As everyone know, like AI agents start to take off in the Q1 this year, and there's millions of AI agent that's going to be everyone's mobile phone or their computer. I think there's one big missing part that for payment, it's actually hard to be trusted by any agent, right? We have actually built a agent wallet that can fit it very well into our original anti-money laundering KYC. In particular, when you want to make a transaction, we actually using just like Apple Pay, every transaction we are using the facial recognition to confirm this is approved by the person who want to send the money. Going forward, this is just for the consumer and enterprise part. Most important thing is, you also need to enable different industry player to receive the money from AI agent. This week, we just announced the first product in the agentic commerce. We call it booking engine for the global B&B. Yeah, to give everyone a very simple concept, every B&B or hotel, they have their own official website that's taking the order from consumers. We call it booking engine. In the future, you can imagine if you want to book a hotel and you can only choose the hotels and then the schedule you want to have, and then, the AI agent will pick the hotel for you. The next step will be checking out. Everything will be done by the AI agent automatically. We have launched the booking engine for the global hotel, targeting over millions of the B&B owner and hotels. They can receive the money much faster than the traditional payment gateway or credit card checkout. I believe this is going to be the most important checkout process in the next 6 to 12 months. This is just the first agentic checkout product we launch for the hospitality industry. The next one will be e-commerce and all the shopping site, they'll be embracing the new agentic commerce in the future. Last pieces I want to focus is, we have spent over four years to build a global licensing footprint. From United States, we have covered over 40 Money Transmitter License. In Europe, we also got the VASP into Poland and then cover over 28 European countries. In Japan, it's particular very, very difficult to enter. We have spent about three years to get three license in Japan. Right now we have one license in Japan, and going forward, the next couple of months, we should be able to get the rest of the two license. This is going to be the strategy roadmap for the company. We keep investing for the regulatory and licensing in the future. Yeah. This is one of the most important graph for today because we talk about a lot of future trends and then technology, but this is actually the proven track record for our existing client. As we disclose in April, we have signed about over 40-50 enterprise client, and actually, every month the client number is double. Not double, it's like the transaction value is double. It proves that the strong need for enterprise traditional fintech bank. They are going to move the traditional fiat money movement to the stablecoin. I believe this prove our concept five years ago, and then right now we see all the transaction is being live. We have a strong belief that this is going to be the future for the company. You can see the pipeline breakdown. We have cross-border company payment. Payment company, that's about almost $3.5 billion. Web3 company, $2.5 billion. cross-border fintech company, crypto exchange, and even the digital bank, they are moving their original volume to the company. Yeah. We have a very strong belief that the company is going to be one of the most regulated platform for cross-border payment company, blockchain prediction market, financial institution, and all the company in the future. Yeah. I think the final takeaway I want to focus is stablecoin infrastructure is no longer a crypto product. It's going to be the fundamental architecture for every fintech company or bank in the future. You can imagine in the future, you probably can send the money using [Zelle], using our infrastructure, and the money will be sending cross-border within minutes, sending to your friends, your family, and the cost will be like a 99% cheaper comparing to the traditional banking settlement. This is the future we are building. Thank you, everyone, for today's time. Let me know if you have any questions. Thank you so much, Darren, for doing the presentation. We really appreciate it. I would like to remind everybody in the audience, if you have any questions, please submit them at the Q&A section at the bottom of your screen. Darren, I will begin with a few of my own questions. Can you talk a little bit about your latest product launch, the agentic commerce? Yes, no problem. To give everyone's background that we have been running the hospitality business around seven years ago. During the last seven years, we process a lot of money, particularly using the online travel agencies. For example, Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb, we call online travel agencies. Every month, they actually need to send billions of dollar to the global suppliers, which is B&B owner or hotels. As we understand deeply in the industry, traditionally, you need to go to, for example, Airbnb website, you enter the city, find a hotel, and the date, then you finish the checkout, enter the credit card number, to finish the whole check-in process. At the end, after you finish your stay, Airbnb will send the money to the B&B you choose after a couple of months if you book advance. This is the bigger picture for the future. In the future, let's say, if you want to go to Paris, you should enter with your AI agent. The agent will give you multiple choices for the hotel or B&B you want to stay. The last stage will be you check-in now with the hotel or B&B directly. Everything will be done with just a chat box. You don't need to select different hotel, going through different website, et c. I think this is the future. In order to complete the whole cycle for the agentic commerce, every website for a B&B or hotel, they need to have a new checkout process for the AI agent, particularly AI agent wallet, right? We have embed We launched an agentic wallet two weeks ago. Then we figure, "Hey, this is something more important for the merchant side." We also enable the agentic checkout process for every B&B and hotel globally, so they can talk to the agentic wallet AI agent directly from searching hotel, confirming the date and the price, and then finish the whole checkout process. We hope that in the future, you can just finish the checkout process as fast as possible comparing to the traditional website. Every checkout process need to be redesigned under the new agentic commerce. This is going to be a very exciting era for everyone that's believe in the AI agent. Either they are hotel or e-commerce, I believe there will be the new sweep from the traditional checkout process payment gateway to the agentic wallet and the checkout process in the future. Right. Thank you. No, that's very deep. If you can just go to the slide where there are four routes. There are numbers at the bottom of that. Can you just tell us what those numbers mean? You mean this one? It's a. Yeah. Okay, this one. Yeah. I'll give you a very detailed explanation. For example, when consumers, they want to send the money, they always choose the cheapest route. Right now, if you go to any bank in the world, you only have one choice, which is settle the money with SWIFT, right? You need to enter a lot of KYC information on the paper, give the paper to the counter, the money goes to the bank immediately. Maybe, the money will arrive after 48 hours. Yeah. The vision and future we want to build is we enable the infrastructure for everyone, so they can choose how to send the money with different route. For example, Visa Direct, if you only have Visa Direct, you only have one choice for the consumers, right? We want to provide more multiple option for people that can choose cheaper settlement route in the future. We also integrated with Circle Payments Network because we believe stablecoin settlement will be the most important future, of course, for the payment. It's not enough because a lot of countries, they require local license and liquidity provider. For example, if you are sending $1 million to Japan, you need a local liquidity partner, like a Japanese bank, provide you the Japanese yen, from switching USDC to yen. This is also very important if you are doing the stablecoin offering to the local currencies. The fourth one would be the bank. People trust the bank. We provide different route. Using different route have different costs. Our goal is trying to lower the cost from time- to- time. In the meantime, we want to offer multiple choices for consumers as well. Right. Can you tell us about who your typical customers are, and how is the customer base evolving over time? Yeah. Sure. Yeah. Right now we are serving lot of FinTech company. For example, there's a lot of money movement between United States to Africa, India to Middle East, Middle East to China. The purpose is different. For example, there's a lot of salary remittance company that is sending the money from U.S. to Africa. A lot of African people, they bought the electronics, commodities from China, they want to sell in Africa. A lot of India people, they work in Middle East, so they want to send back the money back to India. Of course, there's a lot of people, for example, from Latin America, working in the States. Every month or every two weeks, they receive the check from their employer. They want to send back the money back to Argentina, Mexico, and Brazil. Right. It's more like a family support. This is basically the whole picture for our client. They are cross-border payment company that is huge. Blockchain company is also very huge because right now, a lot of people, they are doing like a RWA, they have the strong need to approach to the customer having Visa card or debit card. Fintech company, traditionally, they are sending the money from the credit card network or fiat. They are right now switching to stablecoin and also digital bank. For example, they want to settle the money from Latin America to U.S., we also have a lot of Fintech company or bank that settle the money from the stablecoins to the U.S. dollars. This is pretty much the enterprise client we have. With the agentic agent and the wallet launch, we believe there will be a lot of consumer focused product that's using agentic booking engine. For example, people will be using agentic booking engine to finish the hotel booking globally. Because agentic payment is receiving the stablecoin, it's going to be the global customer, not just local. They can immediately receive the money from any client in the world. The settle time will be much faster than the card network, because traditionally, it would take some two, three days to be the money to be settled by their local banks. Using stablecoin, it's just a couple of minutes. For small merchant hotel owners, it's a much better payment protocol comparing to the traditional payment gateway. Most important thing is it's 10 x cheaper by using the agentic checkout. You don't have the intermediate bank, you don't have the card issuing company taking their fee from you. You don't have the payment gateway company taking portion of the transaction. More revenue will be coming to the merchant or B&B owners. I believe small business owner will be very happy about the new payment. Right. Can you tell us a little bit about how strategic partnerships help your growth strategy? If you can give color on how the Visa partnership is helping you right now, and how does the financials change because of that? Of course. As you know, we are a startup company from Taiwan and going to global. Having those different partner, particular Visa, Circle, Tether, is all important. We also have support from the blockchain companies. For example, we are very familiar with Stellar. They are also our investor. ETH and Solana and Polygon, for example. To build a global platform, you don't want to limit yourself as just one blockchain or one stablecoin. You want to enable, for example, whether you are a Mastercard holder or Visa card holder, we can pull the money from your bank account using the debit card. The money will go to whatever stablecoin you choose. You can send, for example, you want to send Tether, you want to send USDC, no problem, money can go through either Ethereum to Solana. We can bridge in the money from two different blockchain and settle with your wallet or your bank account or debit card. This is the bigger picture we are building for the future. We believe being open is very important. We don't want to support just one stablecoin or one blockchain. We want to be a very open platform for everyone. Thank you so much, Darren. Just as my final question, can you tell us what value proposition do investors have if they're looking to invest in the Fintech space or the blockchain space right now, and how OwlTing fits in for them? Yeah. I believe everyone is very familiar with Circle. Circle will be the top issuer for stablecoin, so we don't want to enter the crowded space as a stablecoin issuer. We want to facilitate the real world commerce for every enterprise, every consumers. I believe this is the layer for people to understand the company. I think there's also one important factor is, I believe the money movement for the real world commerce is actually the bigger market than just stablecoin issuing market. I think, because this is still early for the industry, so we want to be one of the pioneers at building the regulated global payment rails for stablecoin and agentic commerce for the future. Okay. Thank you so much, Darren. With that, we are at time, we really appreciate you doing the presentation and taking our questions. I would like to thank everybody in the audience for joining us here today. Thank you so much. Thank you, Ashi. Bye.
