( NASDAQ : PINC ) today reported financial results for the fiscal year 2022 first quarter ended September 30 , 2021 . " We entered fiscal 2022 with strong momentum and are pleased with our fiscal 2022 first quarter results as we continue to make progress in advancing our longer - term strategy , " said Michael J. Alkire , Premier's president and CEO . " Total net revenue and profitability met our expectations . Supply Chain Services segment revenue grew , reflecting strong execution across the business . While our Performance Services segment was affected by the timing of revenue related to enterprise analytics license agreements in the quarter , revenue increased in our consulting , Contigo Health and life sciences businesses .
