9 • On August 3, 2026, PSBD’s Board of Directors declared a third quarter 2026 regular distribution of $0.36 per share payable on October 13, 2026, to shareholders of record as of September 25, 2026. PSBD expects to announce an additional quarterly supplemental dividend distribution for the third quarter of 2026 in September. • On July 1, 2026, PSBD reduced the size of its Bank of America credit facility and, on July 15, 2026, completed a reset of its CLO notes, which are expected to reduce future unused commitment fees and interest expense.
