( NYSE : STWD ) today announced operating results for the fiscal quarter ended June 30 , 2021. The Company's second quarter 2021 GAAP net income was $ 116.3 million , or $ 0.40 per diluted share , and Distributable Earnings ( a non - GAAP financial measure ) was $ 153.2 million , or $ 0.51 per diluted share .
