TFSL Stock Ownership – Why Invest? 3 Strong Dividend • Commitment to our Dividend: Dividend increase proposed as part of the 2026 MHC Waiver campaign allows the dividend to go from $1.13 to $1.27 annualized; first dividend increase in 5 years. Dividend paid to minority shareholders only, subject to regulation requiring MHC annual dividend waiver vote. On 7/7/26, 59% of MHC eligible votes were cast and 97% approved the dividend waiver through July 7, 2027 1. Company Fundamentals • Strong Performance: TFSL is experiencing NIM expansion driven by pro fitable portfolio growth, while also maintaining a strong credit profile and high capital levels; allowing us to support an attractive dividend and an active buyback program.
