The $759 thousand represents an annual expense and will be accrued monthly based on performance in the future periods. Consulting and legal fees increased $275 thousand from the prior quarter due to non-routine expenses associated with the universal shelf offering and share repurchase transaction. Other operating expense increased $137 thousand primarily due to forced-placed insurance related to borrowers. The Company expects to receive reimbursement in the coming quarters.
