Third Quarter Summary • Revenue was $ 217.5 million , a 17.0 % increase compared to the third quarter of fiscal 2020 ; Adjusted Revenue * increased 15.5 % . • Gross margin increased 50 basis points year over year to 16.6 % . • GAAP operating income was $ 1.6 million , a $ 5.8 million improvement compared to the prior - year quarter ; Adjusted Operating Income * , excluding impairment and restructuring charges , was $ 2.2 million . • GAAP EPS was $ 0.03 per diluted share compared to a loss of ( $ 0.22 ) per share in the third quarter of fiscal 2020 ; Adjusted EPS * was $ 0.05 per diluted share . • Adjusted EBITDA * was $ 4.7 million , an increase of $ 3.7 million year over year . * Adjusted Revenue , Adjusted Operating Income ( Loss ) , Adjusted EPS and Adjusted EBITDA are Non - GAAP measures described and defined below .
