First Quarter 2021 Financial Highlights - Total net revenue of $ 3.5 billion increased $ 1.1 billion , up 49.2 % year over year U.S. net revenue of $ 2.8 billion increased $ 0.8 billion , up 42.8 % year over year International net revenue of $ 0.7 billion increased $ 0.3 billion , up 85.0 % year over year .
