Operational review Operational review YEAR END RESULTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED 30 JUNE 2026 • Group occupancy – 58% up two percentage points from 2025 • Average room rates – up by 7% (2025: 7%) • Revenue – up by 10% to R2.2 billion (2025: R2.0 billion) • Revenue growth by segment o Courtyard Hotels –1% o City Lodge Hotels –12% o Town Lodge – 13% o Road Lodge – 9% o Rest of Africa – 4% • Rooms revenue – up 9% to R1.74 billion (2025: R1.59 billion) • Food & beverage revenue –up 14% to R449.9 million (2025: R393.2million) and contributes 20.4% of total revenue (2025: 19.7%) • Total operating expenses have increased by 9% for the year, and only 6% per room sold • Adjusted EBITDAR (excluding unrealised losses on foreign exchange, profit on sale of Courtyard Hotel Arcadia) increased by 15% to R675 million, margin 30.6% (2025: R589 million, margin 29.5%) • Profit for the year –up 13% to R213.0 million (2025: R188.7 million) • Diluted headline earnings per share – up 4% to 34.4 cents (2025: 33.1 cents) • Adjusted diluted headline earnings per share –up 20% to 41.6 cents (2025:34.6 cents)

Capital allocation Capital allocation YEAR END RESULTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED 30 JUNE 2026 • Cash generated by operations up 20% to R656.9 million (2025: R548.6million) • The group had R100 million outstanding debt as at 30 June, with continued access to R115 million unutilised overdraft facility, and remaining undrawn R500 million of the debt facility • Total of 38 million shares were re-purchased and cancelled during the year, at an average price R4.02 per share, for a total consideration of R153 million, 6.4% of the total shares in issue • Maintenance capital expenditure of R229.7 million includes: • Completion of the refurbishment and modernisationprogrammes at City Lodge Hotels (CL) Umhlanga Ridge, CL Johannesburg International Airport, Courtyard Hotel (CY) Gqeberha • Completion of three bespoke restaurants at CL V&A Waterfront, CL Umhlanga and CY Gqeberha • Refurbishments in progress: CL Morningside and Road Lodge (RL)Gqeberha • Expansion capital expenditure of R4.3 million has been spent onthe completion of additional rooms at CL Maputo • Dividends: Final 11c (2025: 9c) per share and interim 8c (2025: 6c).

Outlook Outlook YEAR END RESULTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED 30 JUNE 2026 • The group is well-positioned to manage longer term disruptions, in response to global uncertainty caused by the Middle East conflict. • July and August 2026 – Occupancies were 59% and 62% ( July and August 2025: 60% and 59%, respectively).Up to 9 September 2026 – Occupancy was up 4 percentage points to 65% (2025: 61%). • Year to date up to 9 September 2026, compared to prior period: o ARR increase was 10% o Total revenue growth of 10.4% • Disciplined refurbishment plans continue to be prioritised at targeted hotels to deliver optimal and sustained returns. • Strong pipeline of environmentalresilience projects planned for the next 12 months. • The group is actively pursuing expansion opportunities, specifically in areas such as, Western Cape and KwaZulu-Natal. • Constructionof the 53-room expansion at CL Waterfall City is scheduled to commence in September 2026 and to be completed in June 2027.
